actual room layout is not as the picture shows, it is way much smaller, and although i have asked for higher floor, i only get 9th floor, which has no view at all expect the rooms of opposite hotel.

Everything was good. The front desk staff was great, we stayed for 3 nights and they cleaned up nicely every day. The location was also convenient for dining and shopping since it was in the center of Waikiki.

If anything, the public areas are small. But we didn't want that, so everything was good.

It was such a clean and pretty hotel. The room had so much space and they were so helpful with early check in and late check out. They also provide supplies for the beach and there are plenty of options for food close by.

Great location if you're staying in Waikiki beach area. Tons of shops and malls within close walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and food options in the area. We had a nice partial view of the ocean from the room. Bathroom was clean and spacious with a large shower area. Hotel staff were super friendly and made sure our stay was a great one!

The room was a bit smaller than we expected with not enough room to comfortably open our 2 larger suitcases. No table or desk/working area in our room so we felt there was no adequate space to place smaller items. Not enough outlets to plug your electronics or chargers as the main outlets were hidden behind the bedside tables, with only one free outlet on either side of the bed. The bedside table lamp switch was also inconvenient to turn on/off. The bathroom fan was running very loud and seemed to be needing a fix or replacement.

The gate on mirror light was a little dim. Might’ve needed bulb change.

The staff was friendly and efficient upon check in and check out. the rooms were clean and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the splash pool and large hot tub

I love the location you are literally feet away from dining, shopping, attractions, ect it’s so convenient you can walk anywhere from the room!

I wish there was better lighting in the bathroom. it was so hard to get ready (do my makeup) when I went out for dinner, brunch, ect there also wasn’t a desk in the room I stayed in so I couldn’t use natural lighting

I enjoyed staying at this hotel because it was close to everything. They were super accommodating and honered my request for a birthday surprise for my family member.

My only criticism is that there are stains on the carpet and couch, but the room is definitely clean otherwise. Also, it's not a huge detractor, but the light in the bathroom can be a bit dim.
