Love the well equipped kitchenette. Liked the fact that we were given water bottles to refill water instead of having the usual plastic water bottles that get recycled at best, or just thrown away. Love the surprise Christmas pouch of goodies on Christmas eve.

wardrobe space too little to accomodate my and hubby's clothes. Pillows and bed were too soft, wake up with neck aches and back aches. It's valet only parking and expensive. Would prefer to be able to self-park, at at a lower rate.

The Trump is located one block from Waikiki Beach. I'm not a beach person, but I know from past experience that the hotel can accommodate any plans to go to the beach, which is open to the public in most places in Waikiki. The Hotel is located at 223 Saratoga Rd, a short block away from Beachwalk Rd. and two short blocks from Lewers. Both those latter blocks have multiple restaurants and shops and are a short walk from the main activity street of Kalakawa Avenue. Also, right across from the Hotel are other hotels, and a Starbucks is right across the street. In other words, The Trump is in the middle of the action. I reserved the least expensive room, but I requested that the bathroom have a walk-in shower, rather than a tub-shower. The Hotel, at no additional charge, upgraded me to the "deluxe" room (Room 1412) with the requested walk-in shower. The rooms are roomy, and the bathrooms quite roomy. Each room has a balcony. My bathroom had two sinks with plenty of counter space. (Not every bathroom in the "12" series has the double sink). Each room has a nice kitchenette, so if you want to cook, you can. I don't cook while on vacation, but I did use the refrigerator a lot for keeping my water bottles cold. The refrigerator also has a small freezer section on its bottom, and I kept two ice cream pints frozen in that section. Housekeeping is great. The entire staff, from front desk, concierge, and ground floor (valet/bell) are friendly and always ready to help. I have stayed at the Trump for many years, although this trip came after a 5-year hiatus from going to Hawaii. I have always enjoyed my Trump stays.

Location was fantastic, fabulous restaurant, excellent staff. We had a fantastic view from our ‘partial sea view’. Beautiful room with everything you needed. Love this hotel!

Sadly the pool was closed for maintenance, which didn’t really matter as we were so close to the beach but it was a shame. We were given room credit and beach bags etc to compensate which was a nice touch though.

I love this hotel because of its excellent location and the outstanding service provided by the manager. As a regular customer, I truly appreciate their hospitality and attentiveness. They have always been willing to assist with any issues I’ve had, especially accommodating my back issues by ensuring a suitable bed. Additionally, they go the extra mile by offering me a free upgrade whenever available, which makes my stays even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

we were able to do an extended stay because our flight was leaving at 10:30pm; so the hotel upgraded our room so we could stay until 7pm and the room was fabulous! A 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, island, and washer and dryer plus soaking tub, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, a balcony! It was fabulous!!

The room, staff & general atmosphere of the hotel were exceptional.

The pool was below-par. Luckily we weren't keen on it.

Property was clean and spacious. We thought the TOTO toilet was a nice touch. Would go back again!
