We stayed in 3 rooms as a family of 6 and loved this hotel. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and away from the crowds further north. It has lovely staff and the decor in the rooms is basic but is clean and comfortable. It’s a really good value hotel and offers all the convenience and amenities you need for a great holiday in Waikiki. Free reef safe sunscreen and after sun lotion was a nice touch, and rental of beach equipment (included in the Resort Fee) is right next to the hotel from the Beach Candy store which we used and enjoyed. We recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

Ice machines were only only a couple of floors so we had to make a bit of a trek if we wanted ice.

We got upgraded from a partial ocean view to a full ocean view, but we actually had a view of diamond head too!! Our view from the 11th floor was amazing!!! We sat out on the balcony every evening just taking it all in! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! No lines at all, very easy system for getting and returning towels. Free surfboard/paddle board rental! What more could you want?! Much better than our Hilton Hawaiian Village stay a few days earlier!!!

Im struggling to think of anything. Maybe waiting a while at the elevator?

Down quiet end of Waikiki but so close to restaurants, takeaways, beach, bus, trolley. Towels and swim items available for free hire. Abc store out the side entrance. Free wifi. If u book through booking.com, there are no resort fees. Pool on site if u don't want to swim in beach. Had a jug delivered to me when I asked.

Could have done with a chair or two on balcony as I sat on a towel on the concrete.

-the best location in Waikiki -amazing views (even if You dont book a room with a sea view You can still go to 18th floor balcony and see it all Beautiful sunrise at the view of the sea and diamond head -the most proffesional employees we will always be greatful for their hospitality -great option to rent surfing and beach equipment -clean and comfortable beds -great views at the diamond head and the sea from the pool

Wifi was not working on our floor ( 10th) We were informed some floors have a poorer connection We have got a password for an alternative wifi, however it did not solve the problem at all

First of all we found the location of this hotel to be outstanding. It's across the road from the zoo, just down the street from the aquarium and has an unobstructed view across the street to a beautiful beach and the ocean. Since it's at the end of the hotel strip it is quieter than hotels further in towards Waikiki. Our balcony had views of both the ocean, the parks beside the hotel and msot of Diamond Head. The staff at the reception and bell desks were wonderful - friendly and helpful at all times and with all concerns and issues. On the other hand it is a true 3 star hotel and certainly could use some refurbishment although the room was quite clean. Having said that, the hall carpets looked like they could benefit from a good shampooing. In our room the bathroom door trim beside the tub had rotted away at the bottom. Coffee was only avaialble in the morning in the lobby and the machine didn't always work. On the third hand, the room had a decent fridge, microwave Keureg coffe maker and large TV. Of note the TV supports Chrome cast so we were able to stream Neflix, Paramount+ and other services. And - for the msot part - the wifi speeds were goode nough to keep up with the stream. So for the location, the staff and the sufficient amenities we would certainlyh consider Park Shore again.

Coffee available in the lobby at all times.

Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. The location is PERFECT. Zoo to your left beach to your right. Abc downstairs and a legit authentic Japanese restaurant downstairs in addition to a restaurant on the second floor and 2 cafes just steps from the entrance. AC gets cold and house keeping went above and beyond. Weve been here over 10 years and will stay here next time.

Its Waikiki, cars will go by at night with loud music until 9pm its honestly any hotel on the strip . We’ve stayed 10 times in different hotels and experienced it but it was far less here than others. No fault to the hotel but worth knowing.

Park Shore location was perfect. Opposite to beach, close to lots of food choices off the main drag of waikiki. Great view. 1 free rental per person was a nice bonus, could hire umbrellas, beach chairs, surf boards. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are on the small size and only have small double beds, but we knew that when we booked.

The room, as well as the hotel itself, was excellent. No one could ask for a better location. Being that close to the beach provided beautiful scenery.

The fire alarm went off early in the morning and then canceled, only to come back on a few minutes later and canceled again. It came back on, but this time, everyone gathered in the lobby. We sat there for several minutes, probably thirty or more, before returning to our room. The worst part was that the fire department never showed up.

Got in at 5.30am & team set us up with a room straight away , no hassle . Great location , away from the busy part , yet close enough to everything . All amenities at your finger tips . Easy transport options at the door also . The bed was super comfortable, outside balcony a plus . I must say the staff were super chill & accomodating . Hotel also has a travel expert downstairs to advise on any travel or activities you may want to do ! We used for Pearl Harbour tour & he got us in for the Arizona, as the wait for tickets can be a while . Lulus restaurant attached to hotel was a blast - loved it . You could also rent beach chairs , umbrellas & other equipment free of charge when staying at hotel !

To be honest when you compare images on website vs reality - there is a difference ( just aging & not as modern as images ) At first , it took us back a bit - but, as the days rolled on ,the room & hotel just grows on you .

Front desk staff were terrific, always friendly & helpful. Great location, beside the park & zoo, quieter end of the strip, but within walking distance of most everything to see / do on the strip. lots of good restaurants in the area. Nice beach across the street. The hotel's restaurant had good food, and strong drinks. The ABC store downstairs had lots of items you could warm up in your room for breakfast, etc to cut down your costs. Better option than the little coffee/sandwich shop beside the hotel, which was brutally unorganized & slow. The hotel offered chairs, towels & umbrellas for the beach.

Room cleaning service was not quite as thorough as we hoped.
