Staff was so welcoming when we arrived! They always answered our questions and helped us navigate our plans in Chicago! We came for the EYBL basketball championship and it was a great experience. One suggestion would be to ensure restaurants ordered ample food to accommodate such a large event.

Loved mostly everything. The ARC ran out of several food items by the last night. Honestly we made it work and really enjoyed the staff and servers. Great job with such a busy event at the McCormick Place!

I had such a great stay at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place! The location is perfect—there’s so much great food nearby, and you’re close to all the fun things to do in downtown Chicago. The hotel itself is beautiful and really well-kept. I was lucky enough to be on the 30th floor, and the views were absolutely amazing! The staff were super friendly and made everything easy. They do have paid parking, which worked out fine for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago. It’s a great spot for both business and leisure trips! I hope this tone works better for you! Let me know if you’d like to tweak anything.

It’s an excellent hotel! Very comfortable, clean, spacious. Features a nice gym + swimming pool The views to the city were amazing! (South tower, north side view, 29th floor for me made it) I didn’t try the breakfast, so no comments there. The restaurants just in the ground floor were very good and good prices. The mini market offers a good variety of things. Connected to the expo from the inside. I went for the marathon and the hotel organized a free shuttle bus to the start line (or close to, in fact) as the hotel is around 2,5km away from it.

A bit long distance to the metro and quite a long distance to downtown for walking, so if your purpose is not related to the Expo, then better to choose something else 3km up north

Room was fantastic. I was happy the HVAC vent wasn't aimed directly at my face like I've had in past trips. Bed was comfy and the pillows had some give. Perfect. Sixes And Eights is a fantastic restaurant. The Market is also nice to have.

I'm disappointed by the TV channel selection being full of Hyatt ad channels and the most basic of stations. A free continental breakfast bar would've been nice too. I know you have a breakfast restaurant but it was pretty pricey. Water pressure seemed low.

Very friendly staff.my dress bag was put in the first room I didn't like upon entering. Later I decided to get ready for the evening out and notice it was missing the bellman was reached by radio and located my clothing, Got locked out of my room 3xs,each time it was corrected quickly, Paid for overnight parking , parking lot overfilled to accomadate the auto show, I was charged an addictional $ 38 twice EACH time I went out. Manager named Tony was very nice reversed a charge,but overall the staff and Tony were so professional and friendly I plan to do it all again this summer at the Hyatt-McCormick

One of the best places I ever stayed. the room was nice and clean, and the view was astonishing. staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again if I had a chance to visit Chicago.

Honestly, I don't recall anything I didn't like at all about that hotel. it was such a great place to stay. We stayed there for 3 consecutive days with my wife and 2 kids. it was one of the best experiences we had.

When reserving through booking.com, the ‘free/included breakfast’ does NOT show when checking into the hotel. Thankfully we asked about it and the attendant looked into it for us and had a manager approve two free or included breakfasts. I specifically filtered my booking.com search to only show hotels with breakfast included. Absolutely ASK ABOUT YOUR FREE BREAKFAST at check-in when reserving through this site because it is inaccurate on this app. Additionally, there isn’t anything nearby to walk to and explore.

Wonderful location and many amenities The food and beverage at the market place is very expensive. But the staff and the rooms were great! I always think hotel rooms can be cleaner, and they could just make sure to continue their sanitation levels are at a high standard.

Market Place for food and drink is very expensive; I understand cost of living is high but it is outrageously priced.

We were able to check in earlier than expected. The room was clean. The room air quality made us very comfortable. We liked the idea that we were able to control the temperature in the room.

We asked for cleaning of the room and more linens and that did not happen. The room service was difficult to order. The view was nonexistent. Some of the taxi drivers cheated us. The seating was horrible. There were not enough areas to sit, and the couches were so low it was difficult to get up

Extremely friendly and efficient staff. The rooms were awesome with great views and a very comfortable area. The shower was great, the bed was awesome and the parking on site was easy and hassle free.

The AC was a little sub par and there was a woman changing a baby's diaper on the floor of the hallway which was very smelly and not at all the hotel's fault but still. The accomodations are a bit pricey and the site is far from downtown so you'll need a cab to get downtown.
