The room was comfortable and the staff treated us very well. The hotel location made it easy to get around town on foot or by car. Everything was clean and we'll kept.

The hotel does need some updating. For having a casino, there was not much else in the way of amenities, such as a hot tub, pool, lounge, etc. The elevators made horrible sounds beyond normal noises. One was so loud, it sounded like tearing metal.

We booked two rooms. The other couple we were with paid for their room at the hotel. How do we get a refund from Booking.com for their room we paid for. One room was paid for twice. The hotel said we would be refunded.

it was peaceful and intense at the same time. your senses could go either way. From the arc of flashing lights I was really excited as this was my 1st time. upon entry staff acknowledge with a smile and were very helpful. the rooms were nice sized with a nice deep tub! 🤤🥰 I got a membership bc I loved the whole atmosphere. smoke free but one little area in the back for you smokers😶 🫣😬😅 the energy of the casino was intense, the slots and tables!! so I enjoyed myself for sure!!! after I lost, 😑 I escaped bk to my room where I enjoyed peace. it just felt really good and I'll be back soon more prepared!! The WHOLE team rocks!! thank you!!❤

They didn't have free breakfast or hot tub/pool. that would've made it everything for me. I got to relax in my room little but then excited by the casino. nothing really bad to say about that!

The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the Ohio river. We so enjoyed the view! Checkin was great and got room keys right away. Beds looked clean and were comfy. We saw very little food at casino, but Big Edds is walking distance and great! The casino is cozy but nice.

I was so dismayed with dirty carpet on floor six. It was stained, bleached and filthy and I fel like that about room carpet too. This is not to Caesar’s standard! Just hate walking on such a dirty mess, much less paying for it! I booked on Caesars.com but got the room almost $60 cheaper for two night stay on booking.com

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff that took the time to make sure everything was ok. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Not cutting edge but not dated..nice bathrooms..pricewise, was reasonable and the bed was comfortable.

Stingy slots, didn't see any hand pays.. But good mix of new and old games. The Grill is ok but no breakfast available. Not a high volume place, so understandable..

The staff were friendly and the casino was fun. Dinner was great and the carrot cake was delicious. All in all it was a nice little getaway and birthday weekend for my family.

It would have been nice to have a smoking room and an area of the casino to smoke in.

Great location on the waterfront. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was, there is a $15 resort charge. The charge was on the hotel information. We only looked around the Casio and didn’t do any gambling.

We were pleasantly surprised with the food at The Grill in the casino. Very fresh and tasty!

Cones were blocking all the handicapped spaces in the parking lot on the evening we arrived. It wasn't crowded so the walk wasn't bad from where we had to park, but no explanation given for blocked handicapped spaces.

Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. Casino was fun.

The decor is dated. The carpet had some damaged spots that made the room look messy - overall that is nitpicky stuff. The room was comfortable and served its purpose.

Liked the location, won on the slots, food was edible not exceptional, room was showing wear. Carpet was worn furniture was scuffed, asked for a walk in shower got a huge soaker tub with a seat for handicap ...now if i could have just gotten over the side of the tub....could have been okay. Tile had been replaced in BR grouting didnt match. Did I tell you I won at the slots? Had a great time. Have been here before and will absolutely return! AND tell my friends. Thank you all.
