I enjoyed my stay there, as it was quiet and peaceful. There were not large groups of undesirable, noisy people in the area, which makes for a much better stay, more like home than in the middle of a stadium. I have been here in the past and I will definitely be back in the spring.

The only thing that I did not like was that the room's thermostat did not want to cooperate; but other than that, everything was just fine. If I would have called the front desk, I am sure it would have been taken care of, but it was not that big of an issue.

the gentleman who checked us in was very polite. so, was all the staff. Hotel was clean, room was very comfortable and clean. My girlfriend is somewhat of a clean freak and she was impressed at how clean the room/hotel was.

I don't have any complaints other than having to drive through the Chili's parking lot to get there.

The breakfast was great, sausage, eggs, fried potatoes, pancakes, cereal, milk, bagels, toast, orange juice, apple juice,coffees, hot chocolate, hot oatmeal, apples,bananas,Halo oranges. a lot for breakfast included in our stay. room was quiet, comfortable, clean,. We stayed here several times in the past and always keep coming back. Great value for the money.

We liked everything about the place.

Comfy bed and pillows, room was clean and nicely decorated. It was a nice quiet stay. Staff was very polite. Breakfast was decent with several options. And the pool was a nice added bonus.

There is no elevator. Trim on stairs was falling off so had to be careful not to trip. The sink in the bathroom is nice but allowed very little room for the toilet was very cramped. Wish the pool was open later on the weekends, they kick you out at 10 pm and we were a very late check in. So didn't get to enjoy it much. Fridge was clean but there was a lot of black mold in the freezer section guess they don't clean that part often.

The room and bathroom was immaculate 😊 The bed was extremely comfortable, and no noise to bother us. Chili's being close was lovely. Will stay there anytime we are in Greensburg.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful (and cheerfully so). I had a problem with the TV in my room. He was quick to assess the situation and repair it.

It could have had alil more variety of food. The potatoes were not good and they only had decaffeinated coffee. Other than that is was great.

The customer servies was very great.

I had an amazing stay. The room was very clean and smelt amazing. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying there again.

The parking lot lighting was a big improvement. Good for business as travelers can see it so much better now especially at night. The ice machines need a good cleaning.

I am a retired Police Lieutenant from the Atlanta Metro area. If you will keep your outside parking lot, front and back, clean weekly, consistently, you will increase your repeat business and deter crime. It is just that simple. The key word being, consistently.

Room is clean and good sized - room 101. The bed was nice and firm

The pool was down for maintenance - I saw a review from 10 days prior saying the pool was that down for maintenance at that time - thought in 10 days it would be open
