staff were pleasant and answered our quieries. Some aspects of the room were very well planned--towel rack easily reachable from within the tub, both sides of the bed had table with lamp and charging sockets, the vanity lights did not shine into sleeper's face, there was a night light built into the hair dryer so no additional lights were needed for a middle of the night trip to the commode. It had both refrigerator (with small ice compartment) and microwave. Room was clean.

Arm chair by window had one arm very wobbly and were not able to use it in getting up for fear of breaking it further. toilet paper roll had awkward placement too far behind you.

From my stay before my most recent stay I don't understand how or why someone would hack my account and post a rant about exonolodge aswell as my att account, cashapp and on my Facebook all hacked and as for the exonolodge regardless of what was said the location at Shawnee mission parkway and 1-635 / 1-35 is the best location out of all exonolodge motels the staff are top notch the parking lot, sidewalks rooms are always clean, safe well lit parking lot , neighborhood is safe convenient restaurant on same lot and quick trip both just a hop skip, laundry room pool the continental breakfast your kids will love you for it , and the owners are the best couple I have ever met very nice and professional I had a great experience.and left a great impression I highly recommend this exonolodge, thanks again Godbless

The stay could of been longer

Clean rooms, very nice staff, and pool was very well maintained. Exceptional value. Also offered a covered grilling/picnic area (for maybe 10 -12 people) and pool was handicap accessible for anyone that needs assistance getting in and out of water. So long as they maintain reasonable prices, this will be our KC go-to for lodging. (Family of 4 plus a dog) Thank you.

Faucet was hard to turn in bath tub but no complaints at all, we had more than enough hot water for all four of us to take good showers. Absolutely zero problems at this location.

The breakfast was not expected, but there was a basic breakfast, cereal, pastries, and juice available. The rooms and internet was great. The staff did everything possible to keep us in the same room when I booked the start day. The rooms seem to be recently updated with quality amenities, USB outlets on the fixtures.

Nothing really bad about the property, I was shocked at the quality of the property, it was much better than I expected.

The rooms were updated and comfortable. The furnishings were updated, also. There was a small refrigerator that kept items cold. The lobby was also comfortable and had quality furnishing. The staff was very welcoming. The price was actually the lowest on Booking.com and the hotel exceeded my expectations by a country mile.

The trash cans were small.

Good price and quiet and clean

Front desk told me breakfast starts at 7 when it started at 615 am and told me airport shuttle did not leave at 630 when it actually did leave at 630. Just lack of communication between staff members but they did there best

The rubber parking blocks were hard to see at night. The yellow had worn off. I tripped over one that I didn’t see and fortunately did not fall

Safe area with easy access to roads and late night food for our travels.

The sheets had a couple stains that hadn’t been removed and the guests were loud all night.

Staff were all very professional, I feel some people may take that for rudeness, but they are very task oriented. If you get to speak with them outside of them preforming a service, they are all pleasant and friendly. Our toilet was clogged in our room (I assume from the last person) we got in around midnight, and noticed the morning after when we woke up, staff handled every single step, it wouldn't plunge, they snaked it, and ended up moving us to a different room when that didn't work. I think that's what made me notice the task orientation, instantly they jumped on it, and when it was done, they snapped to friendly. At no point was I blown off or talked down to. It was issue taken extremely seriously to solve it. At no point I felt they handled the situation wrong, they made every effort to make sure I was happy with my stay, facility was clean, and also the location was convenient, shared a parking lot with a steak and shake, and across a side road a large gas station. Location was quiet, and I only recall hearing another guest during my stay for two nights, but they were being overly loud by themselves, not a reflection of the facility. For the price and professionalism of the staff, I was overly pleased with my stay.

Breakfast was sub par, cereal and muffins as previously stated, but honestly for the price, surprised they supplied any breakfast at all. Coffee was good.

From the moment we arrived at the property, it was warm and inviting even in the middle of the night. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and super helpful with our last minute booking. The room was excellent. Cozy and comfy.

It was hard to see outside with the windows being up so high but that's just a personal preference.
