The convenience of being right off the highway was nice. A few fast food choices within walking distance. The shower was fantastic, great water pressure and lots of hot water. Price was very reasonable.

We requested a room at the back of the hotel because of the highway noise, we did get one but the room was very musty and the ac took forever trying to cool the room down. I requested some air freshener from the front desk and that helped some with the smell. The room had a few bugs dead and alive.

I really liked the location, it was near to everything I wanted to go to. The room seemed decently clean. My family and I did not see any bugs in the room, nor on the mattresses. The lobby was beautiful. Their owner seemed pretty nice. I liked the cable in the room, and I also liked the shower. It is interesting that there are soap dispensers near the sink and in the shower. The shower had a nice rounded shower curtain pole , which made the shower feel bigger. The maintenance on the place was done very well, and I found no damage in the room. I also liked the provided cable. The fridge was nice and big. The room also has plenty of lighting. I also really appreciated having two queen beds and having two pillows per guest.

I didn't like that the fridge was set on the lowest temperature upon arrival. I also didn't like that the room temperature was also set to off. It took a few hours for the fridge and room to cool to my liking, which is pretty good, but not convenient. The mattresses could have been a little bit more comfortable, too. I also felt a little bit unnerved when the owner said there was $100 refundable deposit fee for potential damage caused to the room. It would also have been great if this place offered breakfast and had a mini freezer with the fridge.

I looked first online, it had a decent rating and reasonable, so I thought why not? We got there, it's either new or remodeled, regardless it was amazing!! Every thing was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Seriously, it was so nice, I hated to leave. There is a Cracker Barrel right there, Wendy's, gas station. I love it. The man at check was extremely nice and wished us safe travels.

The fact that I didn't get to enjoy the stay. Was in town for a quick event, literally slept there for 6 hours and had to leave.

Booking was last minute after midnight. They were very accommodating and great hosts. Very clean and comfortable.

For the location it seems it may be a little less expensive. The night before we stayed at the strip in Gatlinburg and it was about $20 cheaper and it was last minute as well.

Location was close to the highway and crackle barrel. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

The smell of the room...it had been smoked in but the air freshener was to strong and unpleasant and didn't mask the smell. Pillows were uncomfortable

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bed was big and comfortable. Overall a very nice stay. We will most likely stay there again.

Bathroom was very small.Had an office chair at the desk and one other chair at the other side of room. No way for 2 people to sit close or at table(desk) without dragging a heavy char across the room. Neither are big deal, just could be better.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, a/c a little loud, but worked well. Lots of channels on tv. Can hear traffic on interstate, but didn't bother us.

Outside stairway steps can use resurfacing. Lobby coffee could be stronger.

There was no breakfast provided. Just coffee. It was a great location. Decently clean.

The ceiling above the shower had some stains. The shower was missing a grab bar and had a couple of chips out of the bottom. The bed frames had dust all over the backs but it was still clean enough that I felt comfortable there.

The updated rooms were a great value. It was within walking distance of several places to eat and gift shop and coffee shop.

The outside could use an update, but it looks like they’re working on that

This is my second stay here, both times have been above and beyond any expectations, both stays were excellent, VERY VERY clean, quiet and secure. I'll stay here upon future visits to town, no doubt about it.
