Breafast and dinner were what I expected. Breakfast had variety; dinner was limited but lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was very professional, nice and accommodating pre-trip and during the trip. Rooms are a nice size with safe and refrigerator. Offering products in the shower and at the sink instead of little bottles was a plus.

Sheets are polyester and made us sweat all night. You need 100% cotton sheets. They're inexpensive enough to have in all your rooms. We brought bathing suits because you had an indoor pool but the heating system was broken and the water cold so we couldn't swim. Very disapppointing.

Staff was very nice. I got sick and thought I was having a heart attack and front desk called ambulance for me. Helped me get taken care of. Very nice young lady. We had to leave so missed a nice night sleeping in bed and breakfast. Bar was nicely staffed too. Sorry we didn't get to enjoy it. Nicest Holiday inn we ever stayed in. No heart attack thank goodness though.

Zachary at check-in was very friendly. He got us checked in quickly and efficiently. He told us everything we needed to know - like bar & restaurant times, etc. GiGi at the bar was just like sunshine. She was friendly and said that working there is her most favorite job ever! And that shows. Everyone there was so happy and friendly. Then, I met Jimmy in housekeeping. He was cleaning the floors and I thanked him for keeping the hotel so nice and clean. He told me how is is a janitor at a school and works there part time. He told me how he loves a clean floor and bathrooms - was the ladies room clean enough? We talked about work ethic and he has one! What a great crew this hotel has. Kudos to mgmt for giving these fine people a wonderful place to work so that they give us a wonderful place to sleep! I loved the water fountain in the patio. So relaxing. And an inside / outside bar.

Clean. The pool was great to cool off in on a very very hot day. We will definitely be staying again soon. Possibly tonight we're still deciding what to do so we will inform you as soon as we figure everything out. Thanks so much.

The size of the room was AWESOME!!! (I can’t say enough about that!!!). The staff were super helpful and friendly. I joined IHG because I was so impressed with this hotel. We are traveling again in two weeks and again I booked with this hotel group! They even had a Keurig coffee pot in the rooms (LOVE)

“All”areas of services were exceptional. Even the maintenance men on Mother’s Day wished women a Happy Mother’s Day. Check in with Nicole , Anne ck out. Breakfast manager Jennifer ? Constant refilling hot plates . Hot side loung superior. Everyone seems happy with working at the Holiday Inn. Looking forward in staying for CCHS reunion end of July. A+++ for your managers & Staff.

Staff was AMAZING. Facilities were very clean, breakfast bar was great, loved the outdoor lounging area. I didn’t use the gym or pool but would consider it during future visits.

The layout of the room, specifically the bathroom door and bathroom. The self-closing bathroom door was annoying. We used our face masks to latch the bathroom door handle to the room’s door handle so it (bathroom door) would stay open….or propped something heavy in front of the bathroom door when we didn’t want it opened that wide. It would have been better to be able to open the door to the desired width and have it stay there “unassisted”. The bathroom needs a fan, clothing hooks (back of bathroom door?). The bathtub stopper didn’t work. Maintenance came to look at it but we didn’t have him repair it at that time. I just stuffed a washcloth around it while I soaked in the tub.

Staff was friendly, very clean and I love the pool. I love the hours for breakfast and I just love the location.

It was good, the young lady workng that morning was excellent. She welcomed us with a smile and worked very hard to make sure we had everything we wanted.

Location, close to interstate, easy to find. Front desk reception was great. Room was awesome, with the exception of the shower; the hotel appears to be fairly new, but the base of the shower was rusty & not real clean, and an in-shower shelf was broken. On-site restaurant & bar with outdoor patio seating & cute waterfall!

Breakfast: still early, but the hot food items were barely warm. Out of syrup for the pancakes. Breakfast staff needs to work on being friendly! Outside patio tables needed cleaned, and trash among the tables needed picked up; leaves are understandable, but it just needed a good cleaning.
