Great service, beautiful rooms, and quiet 🤫

Was newly renovated.

Room was huge and nice but empty.

I ended up staying after a devastating tornado hit my town and I was unable to stay in my home. I was on crutches due to a recent surgery I had and I must say that as soon as the young lady at the desk realized that I was approaching the doors with crutches she ran to the door and held it open for me. This was the 4th night in a hotel and no one in the other hotels I stayed in ever helped me with anything (doors, luggage, etc.). I did reserve a room with 2 beds and was given a room with 1 bed and a couch, which I opted to stay in (too tired to move and due to shortage of hotel rooms in the area thought maybe a bigger family could use that type of room) they promptly brought me lots of extra sheets and blankets for the couch and my kid thought it was actually fun to sleep on the couch. Sorry I can’t remember the names of the 2 ladies working that night but I had so much going on. Thank you ladies for your kind words and support!!

The only suggestion is to not do renovations during the holidays, but maybe they were completely necessary.

We were warmly greeted when we arrived and found the front desk person cheerful and accommodating. The rooms have all been renovated and are very new looking, comfortable, and clean. They are still doing working the stairways and a couple of rooms but there was no noise or annoyances from that. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods and the cooked food was hot. This is an easy location to find and travel anywhere in Hopkinsville with Ft Campbell close by.

Breakfast was just fine, I liked being able to sit outside. The staff was always friendly. Hamal was particularly pleasant!

There were workman playing their music a little too late Saturday night outside my window. I turned up my cooling unit to cover the noise. It worked. I didn't call the front desk on purpose. They deserve to enjoy their Saturday night.

We stopped by here last minute because of the eclispe traffic, The owner was very welcoming and friendly, they were under construction on the bottom floors, but the 3rd floor was all complete and he said if we needed anything please ask and made sure our stay was a great one. Loved the shower head.

Nothing negative in ok our stay.

The remodeling they have done has changed the whole place to where it is just beautiful the rooms are great and comfortable and the staff was awesome

Facility was very nice and clean. Location great.

Check in ok. Breakfast service lousy. Was told person in charge is sick. So she had no time to make it and said we could have breakfast tomorrow!! Told her we check-out today, so since we payed for it, we expect to get at least something, which she then agreed to it. But she definitely was not happy about it. Have to say, she had no problem sitting outside smoking, instead of doing her job.

The price was affordable during the eclipse when everyone else had jacked their prices up.

The only bad thing was the first floor was under construction but it was still great

The owner was amazing. He made check in and check out wonderful. He made sure we had everything we needed and most of all made us laugh!
