We didn’t eat breakfast but the location was in a great area.

The only issue had was my booking kept getting cancelled. What really got to me was it got cancelled the day of my arrival and I was 5hrs away. Thank goodness I called the site and they worked with me until I got there. The young lady allowed me to pay at the property. Note I’m waiting to see why my cash app card is being charged $163 and still in pending? To why my card is still being charged? I had two different cards charged for this stay.

The location was good for us. We have stayed here before and will more than likely stay again when we travel again next year for another grandchild's graduation.

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast choices. As a someone who cannot have any artificial sweeteners or sugar options, there wasn't a large enough selection for me to choose from. Do to my health concerns, I require more organic options to choose from. Next time, I will request a refrigerator with a freezer in order to bring my own selection of food that meet my dietary restrictions. The shower door in the room we stayed in, would not stay closed and we had to put a washcloth behind the door to keep it closes.

Comfy bed, quiet facility, breakfast was great, morning staff exceptional!!

Issue with check-in, booking was confirmed but when we arrived was told we wouldn't be able to check-in bc there was a problem with my virtual card?!? Quite the issue, unable to address issue via chat thru the actual app...said request would take up to 24hrs!! Long wait for customer service rep to address issue...however, once I got them on the phone, issue was easily resolved and gentleman was not only helpful but very apologetic!! He even stayed on the line to contact facility and assured my check- would be nothing but smooth upon my return to facility.

Had kids above my room after 11pm running and jumping around, interrupting my sleep. Was reported to front desk several times, agent at desk after several reminders to occupants upstairs was told and situation was resolved after a couple of hours!

Clean and quiet and in a good location. Was a last minute decision to stay overnight and had no trouble getting a good room at a decent rate. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot. The breakfast was decent also. Absolutely recommend.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There was the option to check in/out through the phone before even arriving or leaving. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and peaceful. I loved how big the bathroom was. The space between the sink, the toilet, and the bathroom was awesome.

The room was sweltering hot when we checked in, it did cool off after a while with the ac turned up, but would have been nice to come into a cool room on a 96° day

Everything is exceptionally wonderful here but the price is awful but the location is fantastic it's near all the buses in the stores and the places I need to go to it's awesome.

The price is way too much and I don't know how to get my rewards I might even have to connect them I don't know from different email addresses and stuff like that. I probably should have a free night or two on this thing I don't know that's terrible I'm computer illiterate.

The staff was very helpful at checking in. And the staff was very nice. my daughter forgot her scissors for a project she was doing and the staff was helpful and let her borrow theirs I just thought that was really something

The comforter on one of the beds had a stain spot on it that looked like blood.

It was close to where we needed to be. Very cleanand the employees were very pleasant to work with

What we really did not like was the pillows. There were three pillows on each bed and they were as small as throw pillows on a couch and were rock hard. Of course this was the first time we forgot to bring our own pillows from home.
