The was no breakfast served BUT the available coffee was GREAT! The hotel, both inside and out, was CLEAN and well taken care of. My wife was needing a handicap accessible room. None were available on this stay, so the manager put us in a very nice room. He even offered to get a portable ramp for a wheelchair if needed. The room was welcoming and comfortable. A nice king bed with crisp clean sheets and bath linens. Plenty of food selection nearby for evening fast food or sit-down dinning. I will recommend this Red Roof Inn to my fellow road warriors.

At the least a very modest continental breakfast would be appreciated. Local pastries with coffee and or juice. Not a budget buster for the Inn but a nice minimal hungry quencher.

The room has clearly been remodeled with a brand new shower and new furniture. The water pressure was perfect and the room was super spacious for us and our two pups. Both staff members we ended up chatting with were super personable and seemed to enjoy their job (which honestly makes a difference). The proximity to Mammoth Cave and other area attractions was great, and the restaurants were close too.

Nothing major really. The dog cleanup station didn't have a garbage can attached so we had to go search for one after cleaning up after the dogs.

The room was great. We felt like we were the only ones there. The facility is close to food, gas and the highway. We very much recommend this place to stay. We couldn't figure out the TV when we got there but the front desk attendant came down quickly to fix it for us.

The mattress was a little firm for our liking but we only stayed one night so we made do. The cleaning staff started early and almost came in while we were sleeping. There was no do not disturb hanger to put on the door so just make sure to use the chain lock.

Very clean hotel, in a good location. Very close to Mammoth Cave. Food and gas station options within walking distance from hotel. We stayed with our dog and there was ample grass to take him outside for walks. The a/c ran nice and cold.

There was no one at the front desk when we checked in or out. I waited for a few minutes for someone to check us in and when we went to check out, I waited and waited but no one came. I just left my key card on the desk. That was a little inconvenient.

You can tell the family that owns this Red Roof Inn is so proud to work there. The staff was always attentive and going above and beyond. I loved that we could sign into Netflix and that it automatically signed us out in case we forgot to. The room was modern and renovated. We didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. It was perfectly located near to Mammoth Cave and tons of food options. I was a little hesitant to stay at a Red Roof Inn but we had a great experience for a great price.

I liked the fact that the rooms seemed to have been updated recently. It wad very clean, and we were given plenty of towels for 3 people for 1 night. I also loved the fact the tv had a guide and the ability to sign into netflix and other apps.

I didn’t like how run down the outside looked. It definitely needs updating. I also wish breakfast was available and our tv was bigger. The tv was like a 32in and it was kind of hard to watch with it sitting on the dresser.

Updated room - clean and spacious. Refrigerator in room was a plus, but freezer part didn't work. Nice and courteous staff.

Leaking tub faucet which reduced water pressure in showerhead. Highway noise very loud. Oddly, birds near the hotel start loudly chirping at 1am and this continues into the afternoon. It was difficult to drown out this noise.

The receptionist was extremely helpful in local attractions and suggestions

Only complaint i have was vending machine m&ms expired in 2024... I'm not sure though if that was the inns responsibility or vendor I just recommend bringing snacks lol

We were very pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the beds. That is always the hardest thing about hotel stays for me is sleeping in hotel beds. The woman running the desk was very pleasant, her boy was adorable, and I don’t have a single thing to complain about given the price.

No elevator. But again, at that price point, why would I expect one. I wouldn’t.

Property is well lit and in a good area of town. We were skeptical with the price but we had been dodging tornado warned weather all day and was completely exhausted. We were pleased with how clean the rooms are and how safe we felt at this property. Check in was a breeze and staff was pleasant.
