I was charged a deposit when I got to the hotel yeah it was not in the description when I paid. It didn’t take the deposit out right then it took it out days later. The staff was extremely rude and closed down the breakfast at 9 AM.

The mattress and pillows were the most comfortable ever. I was able to sleep long and cozy.

the doors of other rooms would bang very loud when closing.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Pool was great. It was big clean and warm. Staff was fantastic. Very nice and helpful. Location was great.

The management went above and beyond for us. We had a medical emergency with my mother. They showed concern, compassion and were ready to help us with our needs.

No complaints. I slept the best I have ever slept in a motel the nights we were there

They were able to accommodate a last minute change in plans with a rollaway bed when no other rooms were available.

There were blood stains on one of the comforters. Probably clean, but not confidence inspiring.

Our room was gorgeous and comfortable--we appreciated the microwave and fridge.

COVID isn't over, unfortunately, so I would've felt much much much more comfortable at breakfast if there had been more items individually wrapped and ready for guests to take to their rooms. And infinitely more comfy if the employees serving breakfast had been wearing masks.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

It was hard locating an employee, I had to call the front desk to get assistance checking in. The breakfast was lacking fruit and by 8:30 they were out of almost everything.
