The room has clearly been remodeled with a brand new shower and new furniture. The water pressure was perfect and the room was super spacious for us and our two pups. Both staff members we ended up chatting with were super personable and seemed to enjoy their job (which honestly makes a difference). The proximity to Mammoth Cave and other area attractions was great, and the restaurants were close too.

Nothing major really. The dog cleanup station didn't have a garbage can attached so we had to go search for one after cleaning up after the dogs.

You can tell the family that owns this Red Roof Inn is so proud to work there. The staff was always attentive and going above and beyond. I loved that we could sign into Netflix and that it automatically signed us out in case we forgot to. The room was modern and renovated. We didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. It was perfectly located near to Mammoth Cave and tons of food options. I was a little hesitant to stay at a Red Roof Inn but we had a great experience for a great price.

Updated room - clean and spacious. Refrigerator in room was a plus, but freezer part didn't work. Nice and courteous staff.

Leaking tub faucet which reduced water pressure in showerhead. Highway noise very loud. Oddly, birds near the hotel start loudly chirping at 1am and this continues into the afternoon. It was difficult to drown out this noise.

The beds were nice, the shower was excellent. The room was clean and smelled good.

The window and door didn’t have a great seal. Some people decided to stand outside smoking and drinking. The smoke came through to the room. They weren’t disruptive, we just don’t smoke and don’t want to smell it.

Comfortable bed and shower, clean room. Great place to stay if you have a pet, as you can access the rooms from outside and there is no pet fee(!)

Just to mention, as expected (and published), there is no breakfast. Nonetheless, there are a couple of places to have a breakfast from walking distance.

It was near food and caves. It was very clean and the staff was very responsive to our needs. As well as very informative about the area.

It can be noisy at night with windows facing the parking. Some other customers coming in late and slamming doors or generally talking to loud.

We adopted a rescue from Atlanta and are heading back to Minnesota. We definitely needed a dog friendly facility and red roof was amazing! There were no hidden fees or surcharges, and I really appreciated that. I will stay at red roofs in the future!

The room was very clean and smelled nice. The HVAC system worked wonderful as it heated the room very quickly. It was very close proximity to all of the attractions.

They don't offer breakfast. If you're looking for the most bang for your buck, you could have gotten a room a few dollars cheaper down the road that did offer breakfast. That's not the say the property would be clean, but you would get more value for your dollar.

The room itself was very clean, great quality sheets and towels. The location was also very nice and was surrounded by lots of food options within walking distance. With other hotel options all around, the property was not very busy which made our stay quiet, which we appreciated.

While the booking stated that the property provided breakfast, it in fact did not, which the employees were very clear to state upon check in. This was disappointing as I like to book places that provide breakfast so it’s one less meal to buy.

The motel is convenient for my business travels between Alabama and Chicago. It is close to the interstate and local restaurants. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is an older one, but it has been updated and is kept very clean. The price is excellent. This was my second stay, and there will undoubtedly be more.

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. This will be my normal halfway stop as long the current management keeps things clean and reasonable.
