Staff was super friendly and the free breakfast was phenomenal!

They chose to play Fox News on the television during breakfast and the anchors were harrassing children that they interviewed for a sport team. Like no one was happy about that. I get it, we're in the south. But at least play the local town news. Not Fox where a grown man is calling children losers for supporting their local team and calling them awful democrats when they literally aren't even old enough to vote.

The breakfast was wonderful. There was more of a variety than we expected. The location of our room was excellent, right by the elevator. Staff was super nice and so very helpful. The room was very nice. The location was perfect. We were there to take our great grandsons to Dinosaur World and Kentucky Down Under, which were very short drives to reach both locations.

We liked everything about the room and the entire motel. Our great grandsons (7 years old and 2 years old) that came with us loved the pool. We were at the pool everyday that we were there.

Truly comfortable stay. I chose this hotel because of its indoor pool which I found it relaxing after our outdoor tour experience. Near restaurants, gas station and approx 20 minutes away from mammoth cave

I was second in line and while I was waiting I saw that the first customer were given free gift item from the wheel of fortune thingy so I was expecting it when twas my turn in line. unfortunately, the front desk did not instruct me like what she did from the previous customer. I was just hoping she was not being racist.

It was a perfect location for us to stay, with our grandchildren the evening before we went to Mammoth Cave. Rooms were clean. Pool was refreshing and fun. The hotel needs to be refreshed, as it looks like it is a bit worn, including the curbs around the parking lot. We were packing up to leave, and when I stepped on the curb, a piece of metal fell off the curb which had nails in it. . Bed pillows were loosing their fluff, and the pool area needs updated.

Breakfast was very good. The gentleman working kept everything clean and neat. The room had a clean smell. The bathroom was clean. The bedding was very comfortable. I was very happy to have a clean room and a speedy check in. Hotel staff were very efficient.

I do not have any complaints. If I had to mention one, I prefer a stronger, more flavorful coffee. But, I am glad you have half and half.

Comfortable bed, good shower pressure and temperature. The staff was very friendly and also very efficient in moving all the guests to the lobby during a tornado watch situation.

Breakfast could have been better. Limited choice, although what was available was fine.

Only complaints I had were the water pressure in the shower was not very good. The fan in the heating unit was very loud when it kicked on . However, it was not so bad that we had to call the front desk. We just turned the fan off and the room stayed warm.

Breakfast was pretty good first day. Sausage scrambled eggs cold cereals apples . But no peanut butter packets for toast, no bananas, nothing with chocolate like muffins or donuts or even a cookie. Breakfast area clean and thank goodness quiet

You had no spray for the waffles it keeps sticking. I asked about it, and she said they have not received it yet. I think you could've gone and picked some up at Walmart or a Dollar General.

Small but very well kept. There are many restaurants within a couple blocks.

Didn’t have much in the way of a snacks and drinks area. However the staff was very helpful with getting me a cup of milk to go with my late night cookies 😎
