The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast had something for everyone. The hotel was pleasant and we had a great stay!

This is really a small thing, but we were looking forward to swimming in the heated pool - we had actually selected Hampton Inn for the indoor heated pool, but it was pretty cold, and we weren't able to enjoy it. It wasn't a negative experience. The staff checked on the thermostat, and it read 80 degrees, but for whatever reason, it still felt pretty cold.

Overall, the property was in line with what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn and in a nice location to visit Mammoth Caves National Park. We were able to walk to Cracker Barrel for dinner and a great Mexican place is just down the street.

I wish there would have been a hot tub, but our kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast service ended promptly at 9 if not about 5 minutes before. It would have been nice to have the food stocked until the end of the breakfast window, and if they would have kept the door open a few minutes after. Don't run down to get food late or you'll be sorry!

Breakfast could’ve had a broader selection of food options. Overall the options that were available were great! Wish the cups for the juices in the morning were bigger and there was more of a variety of muffins.

Honestly for me, and this is just a personal opinion, but I feel like the pool water was cold for the indoor pool. Not sure if it has a heater or if you are just at the mercy of room temperature. Nice pool though.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at within the area. The entire facility is spotless and very clean. The workers there were also very nice, every time we would go in the lobby we would be greeted with a smile or a good morning. The food for breakfast is also really good, with a wide variety. By the looks of it, it seems like the employees there really take care of the hotel and strive to keep it up to date and clean.

The only thing I would really complain about is that, the trash cans in our room was not emptied when we got in the room. We went almost the entire time there without a trash bag. We had to go to the dollar store to buy some

Our Booking.com reservation was for two rooms. However due to hurricane Helene we had to move to another weekend. Somehow our second room was dropped when the new reservation was made. Abigail at the hotel was able to get us a room! She was awesome.

Clean. Bed is comfortable. Pool area is clean. Quiet. Air conditioner works well.

Lobby cleanliness. Chairs looked worn. There were people cleaning….after we had already found a table for eat at. We are at a table that was not cleaned in between the last diners and us.

Everything at this location was top notch. The staff was amazing and the morning breakfast was fantastic, much better than other hotels near by.

The one thing that I didn't like and was a bit of an inconvenience, especially if you have children with you, is that there are no microwaves in the rooms. There is one available to use 24/7 in the main lobby but it's tiring having to go downstairs to heat up Ramen 😆. We just used the in room coffee maker to boil the water.

The hotel is near the highway and lots of restaurants (fast food chains) near by. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked their house coffee (free). Breakfast was decent with standard options.

The bed was very uncomfortable & hard as a rock. Other than that it was a nice place & stay. If you like a super firm mattress this is your place.

Overall everything was great. I picked a room on the top floor so that the noise level would be reduced. I was a little taken aback with what noise we had but it wasn’t bad at all. I enjoyed this hotel. Nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was ok. I am not a fan of breakfast foods that aren’t homemade.
