The location was perfect for all of the activities we did while in the area. It is 18 minutes from Mammoth Cave and 10 minutes from Mammoth Adventures. We did 1 cave tour and 2 adventures. We would highly recommend both places. We were able to go do an adventure, come back to the hotel to rest, clean up, get food near by, and then go do another adventure.

The later check-in time from what is typically found in the industry. Check in is 4 pm. We arrived around 2 on a Thursday and asked about a possible early check in and were told it wouldn't be possible. Most places have a 3 pm check in and can usually accommodate someone one hour early.

A great location. Near Bucky Bee’s BBQ (best loaded potato ever) and Cave City Creamery (coffee and ice cream). Near Cracker Barrel and not too far away in Horse Cave City is Kentucky Down Under where you can pet and feed kangaroos and other animals. This hotel is a remarkable value - a walk in shower with excellent pressure and hot water. Clean. Has all the amenities you need - shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make up remover wipes, hair dryer, etc. it has a simple breakfast (cereals, waffles) which is a bonus for the price.

You may have to wait a bit for the front desk as they have this person doing a lot but there is a bell you can hit if she isn’t there.

Suite was a great size for a family of 5. We booked this location because it has an indoor pool but it's quite small and not many people can enjoy it at once. The beds were comfortable. The pull-out couch bed was not, but the kids didn't mind much. Very clean and nice location for visiting Mammoth Cave.

Some outlets in our room didn't work or were loose, and the plug would fall out. The pool was pathetically small and became crowded with just 4 young kids swimming. Breakfast was severely lacking in choices, and the waffles had no flavor. Tiny TV in our suite.

The staff really make the place special. Fey at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant each time (many times) we asked her for assistance. The location is unbeatable when visiting Mammoth Cave National Park. It is a straight shot-15 minutes drive-from the hotel. Many fast-food chains are within walking distance. We had dinner from El Mazatlan (3 minutes drive) first night. Our order was delicious! Will come back to stay in the future for sure!!!

The breakfast choices were minimal. We are not waffle people, and that was the only option for carbs during our stay. The bed is a bit wonky and soft for me.

Good location for our visit to Mammoth Cave NP. Friendly front desk staff and very clean room with all the necessary amenities.

Very limited breakfast selection (2 cereals, yogurt and waffles). juice machine was broken and being worked on during the breakfast hours, so the only beverage available was coffee and tea. Would have appreciated having a pitcher of juice or individual juices. Would have also liked other bread options of toast, bagels or muffins if hot breakfast is not normally provided. Very few restaurant choices in the area.

The cost of our queen quite was quite nice. The ceilings on the third floor were quite high and made the room seem even larger. My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids here who are 10, 8, and 5. We all had plenty of specs to feel comfortable and slept great in our beds.

The breakfast selection was sub par, halfway through breakfast time the waffle makers were not functioning properly. We saw the waffle batter, and 2 different kinds of cereal and yogurt. I had some orange juice but was slightly disappointed in breakfast at the hotel so we did walk down the street to McDonald’s.

The hotel was clean and staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room had the most comfortable beds and slept like a baby. The location was perfect and had plenty of resturants, gas stations and plenty to do while there! Was great having a couch in the room to be able to relax on.

Would like to have had an outdoor pool, but not a big issue.

Needing to ask for sheets for the pullout couch and making it. Wasn’t very comfortable. Also didn’t have enough towels for three. Only for two. I would suggest reviewing guest numbers and preparing rooms accordingly. It would bump up your ratings.

I have really bad arthritis, and was having a bad flare while I was there. When that happens, I'm kind of miserable. The staff didn't know that, but they didn't need to. They just kept being who they are. They smiled and were friendly and kind. It helped me deal with the emotional part of a really difficult physical problem.

Location was great, just a few minutes away from Mammoth Cave, which is why we were there, Breakfast was OK. The place was clean and so was the room, which is a plus.

Maybe a side to go with the waffles, like sausage maybe? It's a small thing but I did like the waffles. Also, I could tell my bed has been there a wile because I was sleeping in a low place where everyone else has slept before.
