The location was great for visiting the caves, and it was a decent deal for one night.

Room had a few cosmetic issues, broken mirror corner, and a hole in the carpet right as you walk in. The carpet was definitely eye-catching as soon as we entered the room. I'm not sure if the fridge was even plugged in because it sure wasn't cold. If we were staying more than one night, that would have been an issue for sure. The continental breakfast was not good. There was barely any coffee and no half & half or liquid creamer. I skipped the food all together and went to Cracker Barrel next door instead.

Great facility and location. Room was equipped with microwave, fridge and iron. Fridge was in a cabinet and quieter than I thought, it was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Close to food/market and Mammoth Cave. Awesome for the price. Breakfast was okay.

Lights were a little dim in room. Bathroom vent was loud. Toilet had issues at the end of my stay but I had a workaround solution with it temporarily. Room was old but there was everything I needed.

The room was ready for us when we got there. When i walked into the building there was someone at the desk to check us in.He was very friendly and helpful. When we checked out the lady at the desk was very friendly an informed me of place similier to what we had come down for.

There was a stain on the carpet in front of the mirror and the microwave did not work.The next morning the fire alarm went off for no reason.. We informed them of the problem and they took care of it.

Close to everything we wanted to do, the pool was nice, bed was comfortable, pillows not so much but I should have brought my own. Breakfast was as expected, nothing fancy but sufficient to get the day started. Staff was very friendly!

Wish I had gotten a room upstairs the people above me found it necessary to stomp around at 3am a couple of nights, and housekeeping came to the room every day knocking and asking for trash and dirty towels, maybe it’s just me but I like to be left alone and ask when I need something instead of being bothered

Miss Signa(sp??) checked us in and was friendly, professional and efficient. This hotel is two floors and there is no elevator. Miss Signa assigned us a room on the second floor as none was available on the 1st. Our room was close to the stairwell. The room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. The towels were decent quality and the shower soap dispenser contained Dove products. The bed was comfy. There was a fridge and microwave within the room. There also was an ironing board with an iron as well as a hair dryer. There were ample pillows. The room itself exceeded my expectations. The included breakfast was bagels, sliced bread/s, apples, waffles, yogurt, cereal, milk, coffee, juices etc. The breakfast area was clean and there was ample food for everyone.

Honestly everything was great. I would only suggest thicker pillows and hotter water in the shower. Aside from that everything was great.

The check-in was less than prompt. The person at the desk was outside visiting with some people smoking a cigarette and told me it would be a few minutes. About 5 minutes later she came in and took care of my reservation. It took her an inordinate amount of time (in my view) to get me checked in and a room assignment. She was having some sort of a problem with the computer system. I really had to go to the bathroom and was pretty uncomfortable. I even told her I needed to use the restroom.

Conveniently located for the day trips we had planned. Nice, outdoor pool, nice breakfast options. Liked the "open" hallways as opposed to being closed in.

Not the hotel's fault, but there were some rowdy guests our last night there that kept up us half the night, but it is a public accommodation after all. Shower curtains could use a little refreshing, ours smelled like mildew.

The bed was comfortable and has soft pillows instead of the hockey pucks found in a lot of hotels. The room and bathroom were clean, but could use a bit of work. The staff was very nice and helpful. Fairly easy on and off the freeway, but far enough away that it was nice and quiet.

There was no coffee in a pot, instead you use a machine that makes very weak coffee. Instead of making your own, there were already made waffles in the refrigerator.

Tammy was awesome. She accepted our request to to stay on the first floor. And help us with taking the problem with the tv. When we checked out the lady was awesome as well. Sorry can't remember her name but it did start with an S.

The breakfast. Coffee was ok. Only egg whites. Bagels were out.No waffle maker.

Value was excellent, room was clean, staff we nice!! I didn't try the breakfast.

Only thing I can think of is lady at front desk said if I lived within 50 miles I couldn't get a room!! Never heard that one before! I was coming from indy and a doctor appointment in Glasgow the next morning so cheaper for me and less driving to get a room, I live in tompkinsville. Just strange to me we stay in hotels often just a new one!! But all was good!!
