Very clean from the entrance to the room. All amenities were provided microwave, coffee, mini fridge and a nice desk for work. Staff was friendly and welcoming everywhere.

The heater had an annoying buzz when it turned on. I managed to get it to stop. I didn't notify the office since I managed to stop the noise. Everything else was great

The location was great. Lots of stuff right by the hotel. Also 30 min to Mammoth cave. The pool was super for my kids. The room was large and nice. It had a couch and an extra table so we could play games or eat at it.

We took the stairs a lot because the elevator was kind of slow. Minimal issue really.

The location was great. Right off the highway, with plenty of places to eat. The Mexican restaurant, just on the side street, was excellent. Also stopped at Applebee's one afternoon, and Freddy's for burgers at lunch (across the street). Visited Dunkin Donuts down the street one morning, for donuts and specialty coffee to take to nephew. Unfortunately needed Urgent Care for an eye issue, which was also right across the street. Everyone was so friendly at all these locations. Objective of this trip was to visit my nephew I had not seen in 6 years, and he lived just over a mile from this location. Just a perfect trip (except Urgent Care -- due to polllen, lol). Breakfast was included; coffee, tea, juice, pancakes, eggs, breakfast meat (bacon and sausage), cereals, pastries, good enough variety for most people. Parking lot free. Hotel sits up on a hill; our room had a view of the busy street below, though quiet in the evening. Doors lock at 10 PM and room key needed to enter the facility. All staff were pleasant and diligent with their responsibilities.

Almost did not book this as I could not determine online whether the rooms had refrigerators. I actually called before booking to assure there was one in the room. There was. Think they need to update ammenities to include the frig, which was important to us.

We were in town for a family function. The hotel was centrally located in town, and very easy to find. The hot breakfast the next morning was very good actually. We really appreciated they had two options of omelets = egg whites with mixed vegetables and traditional omelets. All was very good and tasty.

The room had just the right amount of space. The beds were really comfortable, and we were surprised to have a fridge. It was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have ever had.

If I had to say something, it would be the size of the luggage carts. They're too small, but the shape was great. Nothing serious, and it won't keep me from staying there again.

clean room with nice conveniences. the staff was always friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a wide variety which was great having my family there for the week. my kids appreciated the pool as well!

I kind of wish the TV had streaming services or something. but that's not a huge deal.

Breakfast is always great at this location. I had request for a room that would be quiet as I am a very light sleeper and once at this location I had been placed between two rooms with construction workers. They came flying through with a fantastic room this time.

The elevator floor could have been cleaner.

The accommodations were as expected - very good. The breakfast was exceptional for included. The front staff indicated that the included breakfast was great and I was expecting the usual, but she was correct. Location perfect for our needs.

The cleanliness of the room very good except for that stool for the chair was very stained. Out of character for the rest of the room.

Our room was exceptionally clean. And spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a very nice variety. Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy , pancakes, cereals , fruits, yogurts, sweets, coffee, milk and juice. 😊

Even though breakfast was good the “hot” food items were barely even lukewarm. Almost cold. My only other complaint would be the young man checking us in. If not for that little incident I probably would have gladly gave them a 10.

I like the overall modern and cleanliness. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds. We enjoy the pool and the complimentary breakfast.

I never book directly with your hotel site. I use Booking.com for a cheaper rate. When I call directly, the price is double which is absurd!
