The evening shift manager went out of his way for my friend and I. He gave us specific directions for dinners and for getting to your desired destination in Shelbyville (without detours or delays). This gentleman was very polite and easy to work with. I had been driving 10 hours due to storms and highway delays and this pleasant gentleman was very helpful in getting everything accomplished easily. I think he deserves to be recognized as an essential employee.

Nothing to dislike!

Location was great for us. It was extra nice having the Cattleman’s Steakhouse a quick walk from the hotel (food was delicious and service was great there). Breakfast at the hotel was very good! Everything was clean and organized and we enjoyed both mornings hot breakfast. The staff were all very nice and friendly! I spoke with a lady from housekeeping and she was friendly and helpful, all the front desk attendants were knowledgeable and super nice and friendly, and the lady working the breakfast was phenomenal! She was busy as a bee and still so very nice!

As far as anything we didn’t like: we stayed in the whirlpool tub room (I chose that room because I love those jacuzzi tubs) and the tub was great, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the room smelled a bit musty/mildewy. I’m sure it’s just that maybe it’s a little dated, or maybe related to the tub in the room, but that would be our only complaint if I had to pick something to complain about.

The room was nice and had a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The pool was heated, which my husband and son loved. It is next door to Cattleman's, so we didn't have to get back in the car to get something to eat.

The bathroom was a tad on the small side, but nothing you can't work around. The sink isn't in the bathroom but rather across the hallway. Again, that isn't anything that would keep us from staying there again.

Close to where we were going. Very quiet, clean, breakfast was very good. There was always coffee, hot tea, lemon water in the lobby. All needs were met. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all were quick with a smile on their face and “ how May I help you”? Loved the fact I could use the stairs instead of the elevator. I have a fear of elevators. There was a nice steakhouse next door. Check in and checkout was quick. At check out she ask what brought us to them and we told her our son was testing for the LMPD. She told us to tell him good luck and hope he makes it. We totally enjoyed our stay. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, this had to be the best one so far. Will recommend to anyone.

If I had to be picky I would say the pool. It was very cold but once you were in it for a while you didn’t notice it. The toilet in our room constantly ran but you could jiggle the handle and stop it so not really complaining.

Was clean and smelled clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good! Not on Comfort Inn at all, but people kept trying to log in to my room tv. Every time they did, I'd have to turn the tv off for a bit so they'd stop. Just annoying is all.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was great being close to stores, restaurants, and interstate. The pool was extremely clean and very very warm, especially since it was 25 degrees outside! Breakfast was full of variety and flavor, best part of the stay!! I would highly recommend this place.

The floor in my room is very dirty. I had socks on, and they got dirty.

Breakfast was adequate. People were all very nice.

Needs a deep clean or remodel. Parking lot never cleared of heavy snow and ice accumulation. Stain on mattress in sofa bed.

Don- front desk, customer friendly goes well beyond what is expected. Clean super comfortable location was great. Everything was accommodations.. p.s. im disabled and really appreciated 2 queen beds in the disability suite

I have to sat this trip I couldn't find anything wrong with my accomodations.
