Check-in and out was pleasant and efficient. The breakfast provision was well done and plentiful right up to its ending and the announcement being made to alert us when it was about to be over. The workers maintained the cleanliness of the facility and though limited in their English usage, were respectful and friendly.

Although you're not responsible for your guests behavior, I was appalled by the man who sat in the lobby area on his phone talking about what seemed to be his sexual activity with children. Being an anti- human trafficking advocate I found his open discussion to obviously be inappropriate. Unfortunately because of that I couldn't recommend the facility to others. When he looked to me for approval of his discussion, I made it clear I wasn't pleased with it and he walked away. I hope there are ways you can help to avoid others experiencing this in the future.

Good location, great price. Lots of places to eat & get coffee nearby. Quiet. Good parking. Easy check in/out. Comfy beds. Very clean! Breakfast included. Basic options & not a ton of variety but what they had was good 🙂 Indoor pool on site.

WiFi wasn't great. Most of the time said "no connection". Not life or death but the 1st night we were working from the room & had to use our hotspots. This is a preference thing, but the bathroom sink and light & exhaust switches are outside the bathroom. Kind of weird for us lol. Again, not life or death. Just didn't notice this in the listing. AC was just ok. But didn't really feel like the room got to the temp it was set to. I think this might be more an issue in the summer if the rooms can't be cooled down enough. Mini fridge didn't get very cold, no freezer.

The majority of things appear to be clean and in working condition. The refrigerator and microwave was clean the bed to clean and comfortable. Everything from the parking lot to the road was well it. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was kind.

There was no Wi-Fi during our stay. The carpet didn’t smell very good. There was a crack in the tile which moved when I walked on it. The door to our hotel room did not fit the frame although the door locked I could see the hall through the space between the door and the frame.

This is a very nice property & one of the cleanest places I've stayed in!! Centrally located, there are quite a few restaurants & places to eat & shop nearby. Breakfast was good, & management replenished & checked up several times while we were there eating. The pool looked great, but I didn't get to go swimming while there. Our room was super clean, the beds & pillows very comfortable & the sheets & linens very nice. They used Dove amenities in the room & they were really good! So, on the whole, a positive experience.

The only issue is that management wouldn't split the bill between my friend & myself. We go 50/50 when traveling & since we were able to pay at the property, we didn't think that would be a problem. The young lady at the front desk said that since I had reserved through Booking.com, she wasn't able to split the bill. I really didn't understand that, so I went ahead & charged the total on my account.

The breakfast was nice. Scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits with gravy, waffle maker, mini muffins, bagels, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Coffee machine, juice and water were also provided. The beds were very comfortable and did not squeak. Some features were older, like the doors and HVAC unit, but everything worked well.

Other guests can be clueless on their level of noise, like talking in the hallways late in the evening and banging around in their rooms. The waffle maker is in high demand so there will be a short wait.

I like the area outside of it being far for foot travel even to the nearest convenience store

Foot travel was a bit longer than expected, not a lot of options, someone was sleeping in the lobby on the couch both nights and even though I had a do not disturb up on my door Wednesday, while out for lunch someone came in. The only reason I’m aware of this is my bed was made and my cologne was moved and used

The manager went above and beyond to meet our needs. She did an excellent job! Also, we appreciate the Holy Bible in the room from the Guidian organization. Thank you.

We were happy with the effort and results the management team did to meet our needs even in light of a very busy and demanding week end.

Well, when we checked in our room it wasn’t completely clean , but the young man at the check-in desk was very polite and curious, came to our assistance, put us in another room made sure in was clean to our satisfaction. I didn’t like the bathroom sink/vanity was separate/outside from the bathroom .

Lovely Staff, friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely room which was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was great and the in room facilities were perfect. Breakfast was good, lots of options toast and bagels and waffles and scrambled eggs.

Heater was very loud so difficult to have on through the night.

The breakfast is great and for hotel coffee it’s one of the best I’ve had. The in-room coffee was also good.

The pillows are too soft and it was very uncomfortable. Stacking two was also not helpful and had to use a bath towel for more neck support.
