Good location, great price. Lots of places to eat & get coffee nearby. Quiet. Good parking. Easy check in/out. Comfy beds. Very clean! Breakfast included. Basic options & not a ton of variety but what they had was good 🙂 Indoor pool on site.

WiFi wasn't great. Most of the time said "no connection". Not life or death but the 1st night we were working from the room & had to use our hotspots. This is a preference thing, but the bathroom sink and light & exhaust switches are outside the bathroom. Kind of weird for us lol. Again, not life or death. Just didn't notice this in the listing. AC was just ok. But didn't really feel like the room got to the temp it was set to. I think this might be more an issue in the summer if the rooms can't be cooled down enough. Mini fridge didn't get very cold, no freezer.

This is a very nice property & one of the cleanest places I've stayed in!! Centrally located, there are quite a few restaurants & places to eat & shop nearby. Breakfast was good, & management replenished & checked up several times while we were there eating. The pool looked great, but I didn't get to go swimming while there. Our room was super clean, the beds & pillows very comfortable & the sheets & linens very nice. They used Dove amenities in the room & they were really good! So, on the whole, a positive experience.

The only issue is that management wouldn't split the bill between my friend & myself. We go 50/50 when traveling & since we were able to pay at the property, we didn't think that would be a problem. The young lady at the front desk said that since I had reserved through Booking.com, she wasn't able to split the bill. I really didn't understand that, so I went ahead & charged the total on my account.

The breakfast was nice. Scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits with gravy, waffle maker, mini muffins, bagels, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Coffee machine, juice and water were also provided. The beds were very comfortable and did not squeak. Some features were older, like the doors and HVAC unit, but everything worked well.

Other guests can be clueless on their level of noise, like talking in the hallways late in the evening and banging around in their rooms. The waffle maker is in high demand so there will be a short wait.

I like the area outside of it being far for foot travel even to the nearest convenience store

Foot travel was a bit longer than expected, not a lot of options, someone was sleeping in the lobby on the couch both nights and even though I had a do not disturb up on my door Wednesday, while out for lunch someone came in. The only reason I’m aware of this is my bed was made and my cologne was moved and used

The manager went above and beyond to meet our needs. She did an excellent job! Also, we appreciate the Holy Bible in the room from the Guidian organization. Thank you.

We were happy with the effort and results the management team did to meet our needs even in light of a very busy and demanding week end.

Lovely Staff, friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely room which was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was great and the in room facilities were perfect. Breakfast was good, lots of options toast and bagels and waffles and scrambled eggs.

Heater was very loud so difficult to have on through the night.

You can tell the property is newer and well kept. Room was exceptional.

The hot breakfast was not so hot for some items and outright cold for others. Example: the gravy was set out and served ice cold. Also, I was informed that breakfast would be ready at 6am, it was not ready until almost 6:30am and with the food being mostly cold this presented yet another delay.

Good location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Has an indoor pool which was a blessing after being in the car with 2 kids. Allowed them to swim and get energy out while we waited for the dinner to be delivered. The breakfast was good. The milk had gone bad and when I told the front desk they immediately went and washed the container and brought out fresh so my kid could eat her cereal. Beds were very comfortable

the staff was amazing and so accommodating of our two cats. the hotel was so nice and clean...it a lot more high end than it's star rating! one of the best hotel experiences ever. thanks so much...we will absolutely stay here again!

This hotel was very clean and nice. Everything was placed conveniently for hotel guests. Breakfast was great as well as hot coffee throughout the day.
