The full breakfast was awesome the staff was so nice, made me and my husband feel at home. We celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary here.

I planned trip ahead of time, prepaid 2 days stay But when I arrived, there was no evidence that payment was received no blame to Springhill it was paid thru a third party. A special thanks to hotel manager she took care of it, I had paid for hotel with my credit card which made me overdrawn and overwhelmed. Manager made sure it was taken off my bank account

No problems at all. Great hotel but they overcharged me for two nights even though I Had prepaid the stay and they still can’t refund me my money. I’m very disappointed because it’s not the first stay there and before I also prepaid and didn’t have any issues. Front desk keeps giving me the run around telling me it will be resolved tomorrow and it hasn’t been done. Piece of advice Be aware of your charges before you leave.

Staff members 10/10. Jessica definitely made the stay very welcoming. She was friendly and helpful. The other members were polite and friendly as well. Breakfast 10/10. They had a nice variety of food items. My favorite were the scrambled eggs. Location 9/10. They were close to places like gas stations and food. Cleanness: 10/10. Room was impeccable and the dining area was clean and well kept.

Cleanliness is the main reason why I come to this particular location. The receptionist was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with recommendations for my short stay.

Prices are competitive but for staying during the middle of the week I would expect the price not to be the same as if I was staying on a Friday. Only 1 elevator was working can be unpleasant especially during the morning rush.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean room. It was a perfect location for us for this trip near family. Breakfast was nutritious and good.

I liked the location. It was secluded but still close to stuff like food places and a major casino.

They only had maybe one or two staff working at the front desk; so you kinda had to stand there and wait for help plus there wasn’t a bell or anything to ring to even let them know you’re at the desk.

The location, just off the main highway. The facility is quite new, room looks really tidy and the towels and beddings smells good. I usually complains about breakfast, but no complain on this one. The buffet area's ambience is quite posh.

I love everything about this hotel! The staff is always friendly, the breakfast is great, the rooms and beds are so comfortable! This is the place I stay everything we come in Shreveport!

The front clerk Chrsytal was awesome so very helpful in every way. I had my grand baby and all of your front clerks treated her so very special she loved them all I want to thank them all for she is going through so much through her tiny lil 5 yrs of life so far. from the breakfast ladies to the cleaning ladies from the bottom of my heart thank you all for treating her so special she loved you all. and she felt so very special she told me Nannie they really like me it just tore my heart up 💔 when I had to leave her up there again. but we will be back next month. all of you have a blessed month tell we see y’all again

the swimming pool when we got there Sat there was nothing that the weekend crew could do because the maintenance man was off I understood that my lil one swam anyway but she wanted me to swim but it was ice cold I couldn’t get in I would have got sick. that was Saturday and Sunday so when the maintenance man came in Monday we went to get in and he said he had put some shock in it and warming it up and come back in a hour so we timed it went back and water was still fixing well the maintenance man tried to tell me it was 80% but would never go check the temp I told him to go check he never would.

Our room was huge Check in lady was so nice breakfast had a great selection Breakfast ladies(yes more than 1) were all super friendly pool is heated breakfast area was pretty big size with different seating options
