It was a peaceful and chill little spot that was a really quick rideshare away from the heart of the city. It was our first time in New Orleans, so I had no idea what to expect, but had a wonderful time exploring! The room was just what we needed after the long drive from Texas and a welcome place to go after a packed day in the French Quarter, Bywater area and other attractions in the city. Staff was helpful, room was clean and comfy bed. I'm also grateful the staff helped us book an extra night, which gave us a little more time to explore NoLA. I loved that it was tucked away in a less hectic part of town, and felt good keeping our car parked there while we let locals do the driving in the city!

I personally liked that we were away from the city, but I could see some travelers wanting to be closer to the center of things. It wasn't the most interesting part of town, and not very walkable. This didn't bother us much because we just took the rideshares where we needed to go, but just sharing in case you need something more walkable.

The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was always very good and there was a lot to choose from. Our room was fantastic and it was far enough away from the heart of town that it was peaceful but it was just about a 10 minute drive from all the action. It was a super great place, and made our trip that much more enjoyable!

Everything was great. There was nothing to complain about.

This is a very new, very clean hotel just outside of New Orleans. Everything was fresh-feeling, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spotless. We traveled with another couple and the size of the room was accommodating for all of us. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Breakfast was a big perk; there was a large selection of hot items (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, grits, pancakes) and cold items (pastries, yogurt, cereal, fruit) every day. And the coffee was decent, which is hard to find in a hotel.

It's a bit of a drive to downtown New Orleans, but that's why it is more affordable, cleaner, and honestly safer. We were fine taking an Uber downtown in about 10 minutes.

It was very clean, great staff, close to activities and food, had a washer and dryer we could use.

The only thing to complain about is not having a coin machine to be able to get change for the washer and dryer. It would be a lot easier if there was a card or Wi-Fi payment option.

Guest service was phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and polite; we checked out at 3am and didn’t have any issues. Also, I absolutely loved that they took the time to decorate for Halloween.

I don’t have anything bad to say except I wish they had real bacon for breakfast not just turkey bacon. 

I found the stay in this motorist hotel quite exquisite. The staff were quite superb and accommodating. The complementary breakfast was included a plethora of delicious items such as sausages, biscuits, pastries of all kinds, and a wide assortment of breakfast drinks. But, the pinnacle of my breakfast experience was the 3-D printed pancakes.

The cost was a little high considering it's location in relation to popular locations.

The blinds didn’t go down, also we were told some kids smoking weed in the lobby set off the fire alarm which got us all out of are beds late at night

- Interior and rooms are pretty new - Beds are comfy - The location is a good sweet spot for Mardi Gras – close enough to the city that you can reach the French Quarter without too much trouble, and 2x-3x cheaper than hotels there

- Sound insulation in the rooms is pretty bad. You can clearly hear anything happening in the corridor.

I liked how the hotel staff was so welcoming and was there if I needed anything. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was definitely a plus to save money. Hotel was clean and in the perfect location next to a Walmart and fast food locations.

I would have liked if my room came with bathtub but no other complaints.

The breakfast was very good. There was something prepared to satisfy everyone that was traveling with us, even the children. The eating area was large enough to accomadote many people and not be crowded. Overall, and most important was that the room was "COOL" upon arrival after a hot day of being at a baseball park!!!! We did not need to "wait for it to cool" as other hotel's have told us concerning an AC unit not cooling in a room!!
