I liked just about everything. There were a lot of compliments being made with the breakfast and though what they had to offer was definitely a notch up over other hotels, the taste left something to be desired. The room was very clean, and the location for being close to our family and loved ones being visited was top tier. Staff was friendly

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. One thing that bothered me on the lower floor was the smell. There was a very potent stench downstairs around the dining area which seems connected to some kind of water source that I would blame the city for long before I blame the the business. On the business end, more efforts should be placed into masking the scent.

Great location for our visit. Most of the staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I would recommend it to family and friends. Nice restaurants near by and a variety of stores next door. Overall good.

I didn't like that the room was not refreshed daily. No towel changes unless I went to get them myself with a little kickback from AJ. He was a bit sharp with me. Also, on the weekend, the breakfast was not refreshed very much. If something ran out, that was it unless someone asked for more.

Very clean , room was in excellent condition, no smells, staff was very friendly great attitudes.

The breakfast was trash. Probably one of the worst breakfast bar I’ve had at a hotel. Flavorless cereals, hard and stale biscuits, the pancake machine needs to be thrown in the trash; powdered eggs, overcooked sausage patties,.. just eat the fruit and drink juice.

I always get a wealth of knowledge from the gentleman at the front desk, he’s always fun and talkative, he’s also very helpful…

Nothing really could have been better I mean I didn’t pay for a five star resort so I guess you could say I got what I expected and it was very nice.

Full breakfast, sausage, eggs, grits/oatmeal, bagels/Raisin bread, yogurt, cheese, cereal, waffles, coffee, and juice til 10 a.m.

recieved a warm welcome on arrival. good size room. nice bathroom. comfy bed. excellent breakfast with hot scrambled eggs. pool warm and clean. only 20minutes away from the French quarter. wouldn’t hesitate in returning. No concerns about the area.
