Best location, friendly and helpful staffs especially Mohammad and the concierge at the hotel tour desk. Compliment waters filled everyday in the room is a plus because you don’t always have this simple treat in most of the hotels in the US. We signed up to their Marriott Bonvoy program and then get gift card and discount vouchers to use for foods, beverage and trips.. which is wonderful. We also enjoyed the Christmas dinner at the Fogo de Chao Brazillian Steak House which is right next and within the hall way to Marriott so much too.

Our room was upgraded at the time I booked but we got offer the lower room type just because it is the connecting room, so the view is not great. But overall, I am still so happy to choose the hotel and will ve staying here again next time when we come back to visit New Orleans.

Location was awesome . Room was large and clean and very comfortable .we got given 25$ gift voucher per day for snack bar and tours $30 day - that was awesome and we used them . The M lounge access was good for drinks and water - but no hot chocolate which I missed . The M LOUNGE breakfast was very limited -not really what I describe as a buffet American breakfast . Overall though the location and room comfort was the winner -would stay again

The breakfast was fantastic. Very high end. I’m really glad we opted for Executive Lounge privileges. The bed was comfy and the room was a nice size.

We had a couple of snafoos with batteries! The batteries went out in the remote and no one ever came so we had to sleep with the TV on all night until they could refresh the batteries the next day and the battery went out in the room door so we couldn’t get in until Maintenance came and changed the batteries. I would also suggest thicker, fluffier towels. This is the JW Marriott after all!

From the moment we checked in, to the time we left, we were met with amazing hospitality, smiles, and conversations with the entire staff. They go out of their way to make sure you're having a great time, offering great advice on best places to eat and drink throughout the city. Even better, we were surprised to find out about the complimentary cocktails in the afternoon and were even able to have our pictures drawn by a local caricature artist who didn't disappoint. Forever grateful to Kristy who I first met via phone and she was an absolute gem then and so to meet her in person, made it even better. She's awesome and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It's the connections and fun that make the JW Marriott an amazing place to stay in New Orleans and we will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so much fun - hope to see you again soon!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

The device is great! The bell man are excellent people, kind, nice outstanding service, front desk, the bartenders, the valet!! Thanks so much!

The executive lounge didn’t have many options for afternoon, some other JW’s lounges offer wine, beer, many other beverages options, this one in New Orleans is not as good as the others, and the AC is very cold!

The bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom facilities were great. There was water placed in the room each day. There were a good number of TV Channels to choose from. The outside restaurants and convenience stores were within walking distance.

The hotel location is perfect door staff excellent, clean, updated rooms

Paid for a room that came with executive room privileges and they gave me a hard time getting it even when I showed my e- bill on my phone. Plus at check out they charged me twice for parking didn't know it until my reviewing my credit card charges.

The staff was friendly and willing to help. There was an on-site restaurant and bar. We got rained out of our activities a couple of days we were there and it was very convenient to just hang out at the hotel bar area.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The hotel was in a perfect location, room was very clean and spacy, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel cleaning staff did an excellent job, the room was left very neat. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

We liked everything.
