Great location with easy, secure building & room access. Lots of space in room with good amenities. Balcony area was nice and fun for people watching. Also, even tho front desk wasn't always open (no issue for us), there was always someone available if needed and they even delivered an Amazon package we needed. We like non-hotel, hotels and this fun, unique place fit the bill.

We stayed in a loft room which I thought would have a living area like pictured but had 2 beds instead, 1 up & 1 down (we only needed 1 bed). Not a huge deal but a couch would have been nice. It did occasionally get noisy during the late night hours but it is New Orleans and the ear plugs were appreciated.

The whole experience was excellent. The location to the French quarter, the cemetery and many other tours was perfect. Bourbon St is a 5 minute walk away. In fact most attractions in the Quarter including thw French markets are no more than 25 minute walk. The accommodation itself was quiet considering the location of canal St out the front door. Parking was close even though in a paid parking lot, $25US a day which is good. If we go back we will try stay here again

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, the main bedroom was spacious and bed was comfy. The lighting in the room could have been better. The 2nd bedroom was smaller and internal to the apartment, so it had no windows (some folk don't like that). Although, there was still plenty of room to store your belongings and the bed in here was comfy too. The lounge and dining area were well decorated and comfortable. There was a mini fridge for storing your food/drink items, sink and hot drink making facilities. The wrap around balcony was lovely and we had direct access from our apartment, which gave a good view down the road.

There was very little I didn't like. The water pressure from the shower could have been stronger. I'd like to have had a mirror in the main bedroom close to a power source and with better lighting for doing make-up. But we managed to use the mirror in the lounge for that.

This is such an underrated place!! The location is absolutely wonderful and literally only a few blocks away from everything we wanted to do. The staff is amazing and super sweet! The hotel itself is super comfortable and gives off a very chill vibe which I love. It’s not super crowded and scary like big hotels are. The beds are so comfy and the balcony is an awesome bonus. Room was clean and everything inside the room was clean as well. Love the old look to the rooms, makes them comfy and feels like home in a way. Very quiet and in a good location. Parking garages are right next to the hotel so the walk with your luggage is not bad at all. Check-in and Check-out are super easy as well! This is my second time staying here and definitely will stay again!

The only problem we had was that the outlet next to the bed didn’t work but it wasn’t really a problem for me personally. I can just use the other outlet on the other side of the bed!

The property was at a very central location being a block away from bourbon, Street, close to all of the markets, stores and shopping that you could possibly want while being there the trolley car is directly outside of your building, and all of the other hotels are within a very quick walking distance the parade route goes directly underneath of the balcony of the hotel. You will not regret staying here for Mardi Gras, or any event for that matter.

The lowest scores I gave this property was in cleanliness, and that was more of a personal preference. I am a self proclaimed neat freak to most it would’ve been a top-notch cleanliness, but for me, seeing that the pedestal under the sink was not dusted, and the vents had dust on them, and there was a little bit of rust near the bathroom faucet that bothers me, but I’m a very particular person when it comes to cleanliness so For viewer sake, I’d give it a 10 out of 10 my personal preference it’s an eight out of 10

I really didn’t want to give a review because it is such a perfect hotel and location. I wanted it to be my little secret because I know this place would be booked out once the word gets out! This place was perfect, step outside and there was canal street and Bourban street. The room itself was very quiet and you could not hear the outside noise. We slept great. The rooms were perfect size, most of the hotel rooms are small in New Orleans, but these rooms were bigger than average. I would never stay at any other place again. The staff is friendly and easy check in and out. Rating is 11 out of 10 stars!!!

Cool loft style mezzanine apartment with king bed in the living space and second double in upstairs space. Fantastic terrace overlooking Canal Street, 2 minutes walk to Bourbon Street and the French quarter. Streetcar stops just up the road and plenty of shops and food outlets right on the doorstep.

Spiral staircase in the middle of the room could do with some padding on the head height steps to prevent injury. My partner walked into the step and hurt his head.

We had an incredible experience during our stay at the hotel for my husband’s birthday weekend. The staff’s friendliness exceeded all expectations. They went above and beyond by helping to decorate the room before our arrival, making the celebration even more special. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. We’re so grateful for the effort they put into making the weekend perfect!

We had a 3 day stay at amazing hotel! We are extremely happy with this find. The Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Fixtures and furniture are so elegant. Very quiet and comfortable. They had actual keys for our room which we liked a lot. You couldn't even get to the front desk without a code to open the front door. Which they changed the code while we were there. Our favorite spot was on the balcony. Great for kicking back, relaxing, and lots of people watching to be had there. We are telling all our friends about this place and this will always be our go-to spot when we travel to New Orleans. We haven't ever picked a one and only go-to spot before. Great location... Right between Jackson square and the Theater district. Very secure, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. The staff was super friendly. Can't wait to return!

The walk wasn't that far from a lot of what we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly. It was nice having the kitchenette in the room was nice. It was very clean and had an extra pillow and blanket in the room. They had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower and not the little bottles most places have. There was hand-wash and lotion by the sink. All in all, I loved it and would stay again.
