We needed a suite instead of two separate rooms for the 4 of us, my self & husband, my elderly father and my sister. There was a good variety of breakfast choices, and Charlotte made sure we were satisfied each morning. Room 414 was very large (lots of closet and drawer space) and comfortable. Amenities in the kitchen were unexpected (dishes, silverware and even a dishwasher) and kitchen towels too. The room was very quiet, not a lot of street noise, which we enjoyed.

The first room we were assigned to, 225, the air conditioner was not working in one of the bedrooms, the televisions were not able to connect to the cable stations and the dining room table was very weak and wobbly. My father (89) was staying with us and has to constantly lean on things to get around, that table was definitely a safety issue for us. We contacted the front desk and was assigned room 414 instead. The kitchen table was not as weak, but we think it is just a poor design for furniture that gets used a lot. We also thought the bath tub should have slip resistant inserts, but we just put a towel down on the tub floor to help us not slip.

There was a booking issue at the beginning of my stay that was resolved almost immediately when brought up to the attention of Manager “ Brandi “, she was very professional, caring , and compassionate regarding my situation. I was surprised at how eager she was to resolve the issue at hand.

Not much variety and the time of availability should be longer. When on vacation I don't want to HAVE to get up early to eat breakfast. We chose to go to Shoney's. However, the coffee at the hotel was excellent.

I loved how we stayed together but had separate rooms it was spacious and affordable.

I didn't like the fact that the cleaning staff didn't speak English neither cleaned My room after night 1

I loved that it was two separate bedrooms! Room was the perfect size and in a great area!

Only thing I wished, is that room had iron, ironing board, and blow dryer.

Everything was really good

The room itself was amazing. Very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable.

The commode got clogged up, and there wasn't anyway for the front desk to unclog it. I had to go buy a plunger to get it unclogged.

the hotel offers free bottled water. They were small, but appreciated.

The staff was slow bringing in more food for breakfast.. Other than that, all was well

Good breakfast, good location and great staff! If I go back for work I will stay here again.

They have tiny flatscreen tv’s. I had to sit close! lol

Close to downtown N. O. Spacious room Kitchenette was handy Manager went out of his way to correct a problem with the booking

Electrical outlet by vanity was not working Breakfast was skimpy, no hot stuff(blamed it on Covid)
