It was in a good location! near a gas station, a Sam’s and close to the mall and also a few good restaurants. Also my view was perfect, especially with the sunsets. My room was beautiful and clean. And all of the front desk receptionists were amazing. It’s the best option (in my opinion) for a mini getaway.

the only complaint I have is that I felt like the housekeeping staff wasn’t very accommodating, they didn’t come to make my bed or give me fresh towels. I also asked them to change the sheets but they never did.

The staff is great especially our check in person Tyra she is the best.....attentive and made sure from the time we checked in to our departure we had everything we needed...The breakfast was amazing my husband who is from there told me in advance everything will taste great in Louisiana and he was right those Grits and the waffles and the sausages were amazing great chicken sausages loved this since we don't eat pork...highly recommend this hotel for sure

THE STAFF WAS 1000%! If the facility was comparable to the Staff then this would be an amazing hotel. Maybe the owner should increase the value for the high rate. Loved Denise and the rest of the staff I couldn't have asked for more! Nowhaba El-Bey

OVER PRICED FOR THE SIZE OF THE CITY AND LOCATION!

Everything the staff was so good

There was a fraternity reunion when I arrived, and they were blocking the door entrance hallway and at the front desk. That crowd needed to be controlled because.guests was still checking in. Other than that, everything was fine. I always stay at the Hampton when visiting home.

The breakfast was good, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was heated, which was nice, and the hotel was near to the mall and restaurants.

It was a little odd to get to, but not complicated. There was a slight miscommunication about the two rooms we booked so we weren't able to get on the same floor, but that wasn't a problem.

Everyone was nice and very helpful. I come every year around the 16th of July to put flowers on my son's grave. It's been 20 years. I always stay there. The service is good.

On Sunday night they were working on the elevator and was making so much noise and 2 times it was so loud that it work me up from a sound sleep and scared me. The last year and this year they only have one elevator working.

Condition was good, nice checkin & out. Breakfast was well stocked & maintained and attendant was nice.

There was some late nite noise/music coming from somewhere. We were on upper floor, not sure if down the hall or downstairs or outside. It was muted inside the room, but still disturbing.

Very clean and inviting. One of the cleanest mid-range hotels I have ever stayed in! Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good and set up very nicely. An egg omelet was served which I enjoyed much better than the regular scrambled eggs hotels serve.

The 2-queen room with handicap access was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was AMAZING! They had plenty of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles (strawberry and plain with lots of toppings), eggs, sausage, grits and oatmeal. It was a great way to start our day. The location is very close to Sam’s.

Right off the highway so easy to stop for the night. Big comfortable room. Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast had wide variety of options and ample seating. Gas station next door and a number of food options nearby.
