This hotel is clean and quiet. Recent face-lift renovations make the rooms attractive. The bed was super-comfy! The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes from the Kent Narrows restaurants and bars, and the cost of the overnight stay is much more reasonable than the hotels at Kent Narrows. There's a small pool on the property.

There aren't any scenic views from this hotel, unlike the hotels at Kent Narrows where there is a water view. The hotel is older and undergoing renovations. The facelift makes the hotel nice, but there are some older fixtures in the bathroom. Everything worked well though.

I liked the clean, comfortable beds. The temperature of the room was easy to regulate. The water was a good temperature in the shower and sink. Nice flooring. Staff was remarkable. The coffee and tea all day was so nice. Items in the vending machine were reasonable and fresh. Shower was a nice shape and had safety appointments. Waffles were good.

The sink was slow to drain. The remote was hard to work. May have needed batteries in #116. Breakfast was fine but the food came out slowly. The huge guys took multiple pieces of egg and sausage. Had to keep going back to finally get some.

The price for a single room for one night was RIDICULOUS! $276 dollars is outrageous. Won't be booking with you in the near future or for that matter anytime soon. Nice place but nothing out of the ordinary. Where you came up with that price is a mystery. Good luck with future customers, I won't suggest to people that I know that they book with you. Sorry, but in my travels, I stay at "other "Quality Inns in other states, and have NEVER been price gouged like I was in Graysonville.

Breakfast was satisfactory. There could have been more available options. Maybe we just went too late. The coffee was good, but the cups were small.

If you don't eat waffles, there wasn't much to choose from. I had cold cereal and a yogurt. Hard boiled eggs would have been nice, and maybe bananas.

I liked the pool and the front desk employees were very friendly.

The overwhelming scent of Fabuloso, the breakfast was cold and several items were unavailable, the tables, chairs, and floor were not clean (chairs were very sticky).

The TV selections were under par Remote needed batteries Breakfast was poor quality -especially what they called eggs. Choices were very limited.

Our room door lock didn’t lock We called the desk and the manager came right away… he fixed it. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke! We told the housekeeper and she confirmed it, then she did a deep clean.

Breakfast was good, waffles were delicious. Would liked to have had bagel and cream cheese and a better variety of fruit. Coffee was horrible. Powder eggs were ok.

For as small of a room the price was too too high!! A one night stay should only cost $140.00 a night not $255.00. they need an elevator to get to the second floor.

Location was good for our trip purpose.

The breakfast area was small and appeared to be an afterthought based on the location/space of it. The high price that was based on short notice reservation.
