Very close to the silver line and to a decent supermarket, Market Basket. Kitchen is pretty functional and you can prepare your own meals. Some units are truly a 1-bedroom apartment, and you can close the bedroom's door for privacy. Breakfast option is not fantastic but there are plenty of options. This hotel seems to have gone under renovations recently, so many things look brand new. There are card operated laundry machines. Gym facilities are excellent. Different from the Marriott across the street, the sound of the commuter rail is much softer, and it's harder to hear when it honks.

Please please please add a working desk with a chair to the room! The Seaport location has it. It's essential for business travelers. There is enough space in the room for a desk. Some staff were nice, some others clearly doing the bare minimum. I understand it's a tiresome tals, but hotel guests are just hotel guests. We will ask silly questions sometimes. There was only one laundry machine operating, and the competition to use it was intense. Lastly, this is a hotel heavily visited by young folks who are discovering life, including heavy parties. One day the common corridor was covered in vomit. And some guests were very loud during weekend evenings.

How comfortable and convenient the hotel was right from the city and from Salem. The room was very spacious and clean, The breakfast was pretty good and The staff is extremely friendly as well.

Everything except the fact that housekeeping whom was a man knocked on my door before check out AND then proceeded to open the door asking when I was leaving as I was walking to the door to see who it was since my husband had just left the room to grab a cart for our belongings thinking he needed my help opening the door, so I immediately shut the door in the guys face as I was not fully clothed!! Definitely NOT at all ok!! I did call down to the front desk to notify them and the gentleman that I spoke with was very shocked and very apologetic. Besides that our stay was great.

Although we only stayed one night our experience was stellar! Very good price for an incredible room-so clean, so comfortable and every staff member we encountered was so kind and made sure we were enjoying our stay, especially Victor! I met him in the hallway while waiting for the elevator-he overheard me discussing my dilemma and offered to help resolve it, and it wasn’t even a dilemma due to the hotel, but a personal one and yet he was still willing to help however he could. I will most certainly stay here again and refer it to all traveling friends and family.

There was not one thing I was dissatisfied with.

The property was very modern & Clean, including the outside grounds. Plenty of parking. The staff were all very friendly & attentive. Franklin checked us in and he was welcoming,patient & friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had a cute & appreciated personalized welcome message on both TVs ! The amenities and toiletries were of great quality and Breakfast was a perfect variety of hearty & healthy from jars of OVER NIGHT OATS (which I loved) to a taco bar, every kids favorite the waffle maker, eggs, potatoes,chicken sausage, yogurt and fresh juices and of course Coffee ! We had a Great Stay !

Would have loved it to be a little more affordable for a 1 Night stay. However it was worth every penny and met expectations.

We liked the location, the quality of the rooms and the responsiveness of the staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel itself was very clean. There is no swimming pool in the hotel, but we were able to use the pool in the neighboring hotel just by showing our hotel keycard.

Paid parking - the hotel has a spacious parking area, and guests shouldn't pay. Some improvements can be made regarding the breakfast to make it more diverse.

I really liked this hotel and will definitely stay at another Homewood Suites. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, the rooms were spacious with a kitchen and living room area, and the workout area had a lot of equipment. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was just 10-15 minutes from all highlights in the city.

Loved the home feel, the small touches like my name welcomed on the TVs, the comfy beds and ooohhhh the shower pressure was amazing.

I didnt like the lack of communication on 1. Where our room was or how to get there or 2. How to use the elevator. It took us a few tries to figure out we had to use our key card before hitting the floor button.

Quite appropriate. Everything was near and easy to grab. There was a great bread selection with a variety of salty stuff such as scrambled eggs and sweets such as mermelades, butter to .accompany, lastly the yogurt and the variety of fresh fruits was much appreciated.

I can’t think at this moment what can be improved since when there was an item finished it was replaced promptly.

No close restaurants - those listed on website were closed. Advised by local police to be careful after dark when walking as neighbourhood not safe. Staff couldn't provide local area map, didn't tell us about trains

Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff at the front were so nice and helpful.

There was a party of 20+ people blaring music and clearly smoking pot, and one girl puked right by the elevator. There needs to be more monitoring of people who are entering who are not guests. People should have to show proof that they are actually guests so that 20-30 people aren’t just partying in rooms. For a Hilton, this should not be something you have to worry about when you stay. And the fact that we were called in for children playing and being loud but this party was allowed to happen. Do better, Hilton.
