Staff was very nice. Room cleaned everyday and was ready when I came back in the evening. Nice treat to get a bottle of water, hot chocolate, and popcorn.

Swimming pool closed and had trouble using my key card to enter room.

Breakfast location is confusing and did not have any options for juice that were accessible

Breakfast should be included. Also do not like the shape of the hotel that you have to cross over into a new building. It is very dangerous at night time given that anyone from the outside can see through.

Close to train station (less than 1 mile) going into Boston. Room reasonably comfortable and clean.

Had to pay extra for breakfast for the 3rd person staying in our room. The smoke alarm was missing and the bathroom fan was just the vent hole. The room might have been in the process of repairs/renovation and was not completely done. It was otherwise clean and comfortable.

Sheila at the front desk was excellent. The first room they gave me was very nice, with a large modern bathroom, a couch and a sitting area, BUT ohmygawd it had a horrible stench coming from the fridge. Like Death by Sour Moldy Milk. I tried to call down to ask to switch rooms, but the phone didn't work. Ugh. Schlepped back down with my bags, explained the situation, and was immediately given a different room. It was half the size, but at the same price. The bathroom was miniscule but clean. And no "Deathy by Dairy" smell. That was a relief. The bed was super comfortable and I slept great. I Jokingly mentioned to Sheila on my way out about the small room and she totally comped breakfast. Excellent customer care by the staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Stinky fridge smell, like a dorm fridge that no one ever cleaned. The location is convenient but not very pretty.

Bed incredibly comfortable Front desk people accommodating but you stand and wait while they type things into a computer in response to a phone call.

Keurig coffee maker had one decaf coffee, two cups for a three night stay and didn’t dispense hot water third morning. They do not do any housekeeping for a 3 night stay which really isn’t a good idea. They coffee maker should have been replenished. My key card stopped working and I had to get them reloaded. I should have been told to keep them away from credit cards and cell phone. Where are you supposed to keep them except in pocketbook with thesethins. WiFi would not work first night. Tv needs some instructions as channels are different when you are in a location away from home.

The very accommodating staff

The bathtub was very slippery… no rubber mat. This concerned me because even though I didn’t request a handicapped room we got one and the tub’s floor seem beveled in the middle and it made it tricky to not slide.

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the A/C worked well. The bed was very comfortable!

The tub did not drain in room 621; we complained and nothing was done. The cable was slow, and the Guide on the tv had no relation to what was on the TV...like it was out of another time zone. We were not advised that room cleaning would only happen twice in our 5 day stay... including trash pick-up. Not Huge complaints but just irritants.

My boyfriend said ‘can we take the whole bed home with us? That’s the best I’ve ever slept’. From check in to check out, everyone was friendly, everything was clean, it was a great stay for a a great price.

Sink small and water splashed over onto toilet paper. Suggest moving toilet paper holder to wall on left side of toilet away from sink.

Hi Because of the cost of gas ,it is ALMOST worth staying at your hotel during my 4 day work week ,and 3 hour a day commute I work Monday -Thursday I don’t require housekeeping service If you are willing to come down a bit on your daily rate ,I would be a weekly customer Andrew 617-312-2016
