Centrally located downtown, many restaurants, shops, fun bars/grills, museum, theatre, within a block from our hotel. Great food at the hotel. The hotel front desk staff namely Emily were excellent. Gillian our server at Walkers was beyond helpful with how our food was prepared and knowledgeable about the wines to pair with our food. Our updated room was clean, large and well equipped.

Our only negative was we asked for clean towels, meaning towels, washcloths etc. We had to ask twice and than only received towels. Just a miscommunication.

This is a fantastic location within walking distance of cafes and museums. It is a short drive to Pere Marquette Beach and Duck Lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with comfortable beds.

It would nice to have a simple breakfast option included in the price.

The location was great, it was easy to walk to local bars and restaurants. We were in town to go to Michigan's Adventure and the hotel was great about letting us leave our cars there for the day. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

The elevator was a little slow, but nothing major.

The bathroom door didn’t close “easily”, nor did the main door you had to slam it every time otherwise it would stay open, and the drain was real slow in the bathroom sink. Fridges also could be a little bigger!! But really in the scheme of things those were small inconveniences.

Location was perfect as we were in for the polish festval

There was only 1 elevator working for such a big hotel. One elevator was broken. The wait to get from or lobby was a long wait and people were overloading elevator because they were tired of the wait. Hard to take steps with luggage etc. I felt this was unsafe and it should have been fixed for such a busy holiday weekend. Why could we not use employee elevator.? We were told that was not possible- really?

No outdoor pool, no hot tub, fridge was to small, no microwave in room, toilet paper roll holder was in a very strange place and hard to reach for some people, needs an exhaust fan in the bathroom, needs more drawers.

Wish there was a hot tub, pricing went up over 100.00 dollars a night from last year, no new amenities. That’s quite a bit for one year.

The hotel seemed to be clean down stairs. There is a restaurant too but we only ate there one time for a buffet. The buffet was messy and the cooks never brought out the food to fill. The first week we got there, there was a motorcycle event and many little stores. The hotel was near a lot of things you can do

I didn’t like room service because they would tell me they come to clean and they didn’t. I spent almost 2 weeks there. I started go ask every other day but you were lucky if they made the beds. House keeping never vacuumed

Room was beautiful and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was awesome.

Could not get thermostat to work. Room temp was acceptable so did not bother to ask desk about it. Had to plug in the room phone and also one of the bed reading lights. No big deal, but it wasn't perfect.
