Easy on and off the highway. Friendly and helpful associates.

The room was clean, but the bathroom could use some attention. Both the sink and tub fixtures had leaks. Additionally, the room would benefit from a second comfortable chair, a clock, a coffee pot, improved lighting, and a channel guide for the TV, as well as information on local restaurants.

The suite and comfortable beds were great. The staff went out of their way to assist us mm

No elevator so I had to walk up and down 15 stairs at least 7 times. I have drop foot and use oxygen so that didn't go well. Also, the pool was closed which was a big disappointment to my daughter.

The room was very clean, as far as bed and carpet. The pool looked nice. The breakfast was very good. Quiet room.

The surroundings, upon arrival there was people hanging out around the door and in parking area. Just a very uncomfortable feeling. Definitely expected more from a Wyndham property.

The reviews people leave has it all wrong this place has great staff especially the midnight and day lady very helpful in every way definitely would stay here again so what if the place is off a bit from main area it was very peaceful and no trouble like some reviews say yes they charge for pets of course why wouldn't they shoot some places say absolutely no pets my family and I felt like we had a great stay here and will be going back in the future thanks to clarion inn keep up the great work

The beds were comfy and the renovation was nice

Didn’t love the location. The hallways smelled bad. The rooms were renovated but the bathroom was very sloppy, covebase needed glued down paint was sloppy

Rooms are nicely updated, besides the shower. Bed was amazing! Very comfortable.

Shower was terrible. Water goes from scalding hot, to freezing cold, throughout the whole shower

Staff was great and very helpful the whole 3 nights and 4 days i stayed there, highly recommend! Great breakfast every morning and rooms are very clean!

Having to leave

They did a lot of updating! Better furniture. It's clean.

The pool was closed. The handle for the water in the whirlpool tub was loose so it didn't get fully hot enough.

The remodeling looking good!

Needed fruit, yogurt. More variety for breakfast. Only had cereal,toast, and waffles. Needs ice machine on 2nd floor.

The night desk staff at all times were exceptional! A young woman, Angie, and very young compared to me but middle -aged compared to others, was a consummate professional and goes above and beyond for the people staying here. And as long as she is doing the New Hire Training, this place may have a chance...

They have people who live at the Clarion who hang around the lobby, doing nothing, it's rather creepy and they gossip about guests and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth! The Clarion needs to put rules in place for those people and not give them extra privileges or decide to become an apartment complex and not a hotel... Like I said earlier, for the most part the desk staff was exceptional, except for one person! And I will leave it at that...
