The room was great. Olivia did a good job cleaning it. My son is over 6 feet tall and liked how spacious the shower was. The pool was nice even if we only got a short time in it. We were hiking most of the day, and the pool locks down at 11 pm.

There were no sheets or blankets for the sofa pull out bed. The website said they had a full hot continental breakfast with pictures of eggs and stuff. When asked about it, they said that's only in the wintertime. So they had bagels, cereal, waffles, and stuff like that. They had muffins and danishs as well, but they were super dried out. They also left their creamers setting on the counter all day and night. It was liquid creamer mate. They were always running out of what they had sitting there. Parking was a pain as well. It would be nice if there was some sort of shelf or stand in the bathroom so there is a place to set your clothes and shower stuff.

The room was ready early which was wonderful, so we could get in sooner and start to relax. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. The room and beds were fantastic. Breakfast was basic but still a good way to start the day of travel. Right off the main road and close to shops and restaurants.

More breakfast options would be nice, but not always doable. Some gluten free options would be nice as well for those with allergies.

Loved the room!! So nice and private. Was quiet and never heard the neighbors and the hotel was full when we was here. The pictures posted was accurate of how the room looked

Some things was dated and the breakfast options wasn’t amazing, especially if you have an allergy there wasn’t any options for us. The vanity light was out and a bedside light was out but we noticed the front desk and maintenance was to fix after our check out

Prices in the area at this time of year can be quite outrageous. This place wasn't super cheap but for the summer season, it was a fair value. Good sized room, comfy beds, little patio, E-Z access to the docks and to the town for a walkabout. Plenty of parking, good WiFi, plenty of outlets, average breakfast, very nice pool.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good just enough. Stay was very nice. Great location.

The pool area had a few things that had been broken by kids staying for a wrestling competition. The same boys were rubbing all over. They ran up and down the hallways banging on doors and yelling until after midnight. The only disappointment to our stay.

The facility was clean and in good shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rates were more than fair.

There were so.e repairs needed to the pull out sofa that did not prevent a good night sleep, but a minor inconvenience when cleaning up. I reported the issue upon checkout, so I am sure it will be addressed.

Our room was perfect! The large, comfortable beds & spacious rooms and bathroom exceeded our expectations. We loved having the Living room area with dinning table, couch & chairs in our room!!! Very spacious! The hotel was nice and quiet; we loved it! Having the fridge, microwave and coffee machine in our room was a plus! Our hotel was within walking distance of the docks to board the Ferry boats. The elevator was a real plus! The front desk staff was very helpful & professional. We will definitely return next year!

Nothing to complain about. Everything was to our liking.

I loved that the staff were friendly, the room was spotless and the bed was comfy. We had a jacuzzi and it was clean and worked well.

The only weird parts about the hotel was that we could hear another rooms water running and then the heater sounded like water running. It was kind of relaxing, but odd.

the fact I couldn't change my booking at the hotel.. Didn't need the room for 4 whereas there were only two of us.. Hotel clerk couldn't reimburse us the extra fee since it was booked through Booking.com .. Sent message to Booking.com for reimbursement but haven't heard anything yet. Changed from " a room for 4 people" to "a room for 2".. Difference about 50 dollars..

The hotel is very conveniently located near lots of restaurants and ferry docks. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy and the pool was simple but plenty for kids to enjoy.

Parking could be more plentiful but we did find a place. The entry doors are fickle and it could be difficult to access at times. Breakfast room was very small for the amount of guests using it and the bread case did not have tongs so people were using their fingers.
