When we got there a shuttle immediately was ready to take us to our ferry ride. We got on the ferry and headed straight for Macinac Island. We arrived back at our hotel later in the evening and our room was perfect. In the morning I sat out on the patio deck and watched the sunrise over the water. So beautiful.

I booked and paid for my room through Booking,com but then was charged double by Quality Inn after I got there. So money I thought I was going to have for spending on my trip came out of my credit card. I am hoping that was just a deposit that will be returned to me in a few days. But I was irritated that I couldn't buy things on the island because of this. Make sure you have enough on your card to pay double and extra for spending on your vacation.

We really enjoyed staying here. First time to the area celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary. Our room was on the ground floor and could walk out the patio door onto the bank of Lake Huron. Quiet and peaceful here and so beautiful to sit out on the patio in the mornings. Sunrise was beautiful! Staff were very friendly and nice and room was clean. We were sad to leave.

Breakfast was adequate...muffins, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, cereal, instant oatmeal, fruit, juice, coffee. Staff was friendly. Room and breakfast area were clean. Bed was very comfy. Room had a small patio with chairs and a view of the lake.

We did not mind this, but some people might not like that you have to walk outside and up to the office building for breakfast. We had a room with a jetted tub. The tub was located right next to the bed, which we thought was very odd, especially since the entire room was carpeted.

Glad they offered breakfast. The facilities were clean and kept up. Our room was clean and comfortable. I loved the fact we were right on the water. Very good value.

The only downside was not the fault of the facility. The midge flies! I wish I was warned!

Great location for visiting Mackinac Island. Free transportation to the Ferry dock. The staff went above and beyond when they called and said our daughter left behind a beloved stuffed animal. We were on our way home, over 3 hours away. They mailed Woofers to us and arrived home in a few days. Thank you!

Don't open the sliding back door at night. I let millions of mosquitoes in. My bad.

The pool area was perfect and we had the pool and hot tub pretty much to ourselves both evenings. The beds and pillows were really comfortable.

The price was high for the area and accommodations but still less expensive than other hotels nearby. We could har the people next to us talking in regular voices and Im sure they could hear our noisy 2 and 4 year old which I'm sorry for!

Everything was beautiful. The location was great and near lots of great restaurants. The view of the lake was beautiful and perfect to watch the sun rise. The staff were very nice and friendly. And even had a shuttle ride to the ferry.

The only issue was that the Jacuzzi in the room didn't work but the staff was very accommodating

Love how close it was to the lake. Slept to the sound of crashing waves and seagulls. Very clean.

For the price it would seem to be a little more updated but the closeness of the lake made up for the lack of updating.

It was clean! The pool was nice breakfast was good. The room was huge! I got a double room. I originally booked a king room on accident called down explained it and they got me into the right rook super easy! The staff is amazing!!!! It also over looked the lake and was so peaceful we loved it! 100% would book again

You had to walk across the parking lot for breakfast. There was alot of bugs at night. Pretty sure this is normal tho

Cute little beach in the backyard! Lots of rocks to look at, plentiful parking, good breakfast (not underwhelming). We traveled without our young children, but will bring them back here for a family vacation for sure!

The breakfast room, pool room, and guest rooms are three separate buildings. They're not far from each other at all-- but if you have a bad weather day or elderly travelers (cannot 300 steps) it's not convenient.
