The staff was extremely helpful and I love the gift shop in the lobby

The sign in the bathroom has prices for pillow sheets comforter etc. What I assume is to let you know how much you'll be charge if you steal anything?? I'm not sure. But I was interested in purchasing 2 pillows for the ride home. However the staff and manager didn't know anything about it or the sign in the bathroom. So I left without perfect car pillows

Amazing front end staff! Helpful, friendly and polite. Beautiful pool area. Small pool though but that didn’t bother us. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was 5 out of 10. The waffles were good, bagels and yogurt was a nice touch. The eggs and sausage were horrible. But other than that we loved the place!!

Good location, room and lobby were clean and tidy. We had a nice quiet restful night in our room.

There was nothing we could complain about! We only stayed one night to break up a long drive so we didn't take have the opportunity to use the other amenities they offer. (Pool, breakfast, laundry etc.)

We enjoyed our stay. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is old but clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. We all enjoyed the breakfast, and it was so great having coffee, tea, hot chocolate and oatmeal available. We visited Mackinac Island and wish we had more time to spend touring this area.

Rooms are old, need some work.

Breakfast was good enough. Christina was cordial and kind at check in and when we had questions or needed anything, she as able to provide answers, or requests as possible

We came up for my Son and daughter in-laws baby shower.

I was surprised how nice the breakfast was. Very friendly and helpful too. Definitely, will put this Inn, in my 5 star stays.

The breakfast had a nice variety. Eggs, sausage, breads, bagels, muffins & sausage gravy & biscuits with other things as well. The dining area was nice sized but was all large 6 seat tables. They also had a little seating area if you have guests or just felt like getting out of your room a bit. It was very inviting.

Friendly staff, convenient location, breakfast was good, breakfast area was really small but they did provide additional seating in a meeting room area, no elevator was the only down side

No elevator but that wouldn’t keep me from staying here again

our lock box didn’t work and the guy they sent to fix couldn’t get it open. pool room was hot. requested our room to be cleaned and restocked on the 3rd day never happened.

Check-in was fast, and the staff was nice. They gave us good recommendations on where to eat. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The bathroom was clean but dated.
