Provide Breakfast, update interior doors of bathrooms, no ventilation fans in bathroom, check towel holders, the wall fixture screw was coming out of the wall, check mattresses of pull-out bed for comfort (not comfortable, my sister spent the night with me), hall way carpet cleaning, it was stained. I under stand some of these are aesthetics, but these things do make a difference when it comes to a well cared for establishment. Sincerely Cora Cornwell

I liked the larger size of the room, the cooktop, and full refrigerator with Ice machine. The room was clean, comfortable. The staff was especially friendly, helpful and welcoming. I will try other Sonesta Simply Suites after this experience.

ONLY BECAUSE YOU ASKED: The TV was normal for hotel rooms. When you replace TV's, consider a slightly larger model. This larger room would benefit from a slightly larger TV. It was fine for the limited time spent watching TV but I did notice the difference from what I am accustom to at home.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom along with the standard toiletries. I loved the large room area, especially the kitchen area which came with all the necessary cutlery, cooker, fridge and microwave. The bed was also very comfortable and clean.

Front desk person was always busy so we rang the bell (pressed 0 for operator at desk like phone said) and we had to wait like 10 minutes until she finished cleaning. But we know it's not her fault so she may have to do other things. Other than that the suites are amazing.

It felt like I was staying at my sisters house! Loved it❤️

Electric suface elements didnt function but I didnt bring it up because ny daughters keep pops well fed! Really cool place.

Loved our room. Was happy to have a kitchen with full size frig. The frig had an ice maker too!! The water pressure in the shower was heavenly too.

My husband's key kept erasing, he got locked out of the building Sunday morning, so he used the phone outside the enterence to call front desk and the lady wouldn't help him out. I mean, she could have asked the name the room was under and confirmed info before opening the door for him.

The staff made the experience great. Each one that I engaged with was warm, cheerful and helpful. They were very responsive to any concern that was presented to them. They also spoke to me as if I was the most valued person in the room.

Helpful staff. Nice room. Perfect pillows. Lots of room to move around and do stretches or relax.

Our room had a smell, toilet paper was almost empty with no extra, shower gel empty and only one page towel was left for 2 guests. Seems housekeeping isn’t keeping up.

the hotel has a slightly different feel then other newer hotels in the area. It seems to try and provide all the things that would make you comfortable at home. Extended visits would be very comfortable because of these things and it's location.

i got locked out of my room with bags of groceries because of an issue with the door lock. i eventually got into the room but i was frustrated by this issue.
