The breakfast had a few less choices than many but it was adequate. Coffee was excellent. The hotel was extremely quiet. We didn’t hear a sound from our room at night.

Maybe a potato choice and/or meat other than just sausage. It might have been our lack of effort or knowledge but we only could close the sheer blinds. That was fine during the light hours but meant the sun came shining in before 6am. This was not a big deal to us as early risers but could be a problem for others who would like to sleep in longer.

Meg at the front desk was amazing! Very smooth check in, front desk staff extremely helpful and friendly. Our suite was large and accomodated our family of 5 perfectly. The room and hotel overall was very clean and definitely seemed on the newer side. Breakfast was wonderful! A great selection of hot foods and incredible cinnamon rolls. We will definitely be back!!

Nothing! The hotel exceeded our expectations!

The breakfast was the same each morning, which was a bit disappointing. Has browns and bacon would be a good addition. One of the 3 rooms we had was a suite, which worked out great for family time. It would have been nice if we ccould have had all 3 rooms on the same floor, but we made it work.

The pool was overcloranated which caused skin irritations and watery eyes.

Very pleased with the room. Overall clean with comfortable bed. Many modern updates in room and bath. Breakfast was equally as pleasing wide array oh items to choose from including a pancake maker. Coffee maker ground the beans prior to brewing. Very pleasant staff. Decor in the whole facility was very tasteful.

Found the floor of the tub somewhat slippery. I would suggest some type of mat. There was no grab bar for support

sweet rolls, greek yogurt, salsa, plain and cheesy eggs- lots of breakfast options that made everyone happy lots of storage off ground for bags nice lighting and ample electrical outlets large shower and bathroom with counter space

bed was uncomfortable heat/ac unit was loud it was stuffy and hot but even with the heat off we could not open windows and had to turn on ac when it is 50 degrees outside- makes no sense at all

Single-use plastic should be eliminated and replaced with ethical materials. Everyone knows the recycling bin is just there for looks. All garbage ends up together, so why not use compostable items? Your company puts a picture of a baby sea turtle by the towels in the bathroom and asks guests to reuse towels. Virtue Signalling at its finest!

I arrived very late due to flight delays in Chicago. The person on duty (don't remember his name) was very helpful. I called and said I would be late and that wasn't an issue. When I picked up my car, it didn't have gps so the hotel employee gave me perfect directions to get to the hotel.

I couldn't believe how expensive it was, but I guess that is the going rate in Duluth these days.

we were there for multiple days. The staff made it feel like home, but like we were on vacation (which we were). The hotel as a whole was incredibly clean, and the staff was so friendly and always had a happy face. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

I liked that it wasn’t I’m part of Duluth the was extremely busy or in downtown will steep hills to climb. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was very comfortable and always felt safe at night.

Booking. Com lied about number of vacant rooms. Told me they only had three rooms left. In fact only 9 rooms were rented in hotel. I asked the desk clerk. Very poor experience. Does not represent the hotel well. Do not lie to sell rooms. Stay was okay but expensive
