Hotel was great. The Customer Service Ladies were very kind and great at their jobs. Awesome staff who work hard and make the hotel a place where you would want to stay. The hotel has a great staff who sets the breakfast bar up and keeps it clean. Would stay there again.

The pool toys need to be replaced. They were in horrible condition and kids didn't need to use them in that condition. The pillows on the beds were uncomfortable and very flat and need new ones with more support. The waffles were great. The eggs, sausage and potatoes need to be better quality.

We had traveled from out of state to attend a family wedding. The hotel was so conveniently located to the venue, restaurants, and shopping! Also, it was very clean, had friendly staff & served a delicious breakfast in the morning.

THE SHOWER IN MY ROOM NEEDED SOME REPAIR I ASSUME FROM JUST WATER USE. I WOULD SAY IT WAS CLEAN BUT THE APPEARANCE DIDNT LOOK PLEASING TO STEP IN BAREFOOT.

Very clean, modern rooms. The staff was exceedingly friendly. I didn't eat breakfast there but the coffee on the breakfast bar was delicious. Overall a wonderful choice. Easily one of the best hotels I've ever booked. This will be my mainstay when visiting the area.

The floors were dirty. The carpet didn't appear to be vacuumed and our bathroom was covered in other people's hair.

This was a great property! Easy to get to and very clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Complementary breakfast was very good as well, not just muffins and bagels.

everyone was very nice and seemed to actually do their job when cleaning the rooms after each guest! glad to know someone is finally doing their jobs. & the breakfast spread was awesome considering most hotels don’t do it right now.

The toilets are too low! The carpet is dirty and our feet were dirty. Outside of the bathtub was dirty. Dust everywhere.

Breakfast was pretty typical for a Hampton Inn. The room was very large and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff were excellent!
