The property is CLEAN! The atmosphere was perfect, and the staffs was excellent!! Nidasha was so helpful, she really is great at her job. Always smiling and helpful. Juan is an excellent staff member also, always pleasant. No matter how many times we passed him in the hallway, he greeted us and held conversation. The breakfast staff exceeded all our expectations with the menu that was prepared. The selections were plentiful, hot and fresh. Also, they maintained a high level of cleanliness and order while accommodating a large group of people. The staff here is the Blueprint to hospitality. Of i could give them 100 stars, I definitely would. They knoe the way to treat a guest!!! I absolutely love this place!

Property was extremely clean the entire hotel from the front to the back well maintained The front desk was very friendly and helpful with a quick and easy check in but then the level of cleanliness of the room was indescribable looked great smelled great everything just as it should be IT WAS AUCTUALLY CLEAN!!!! which was a refreshing change because it seems as if the cleanliness/care of hotel rooms that are supposed to "higher end" hotels have drastically declined lately but this location is by far the best of all that I have stayed, and others could absolutely learn from this locations manager and staff!

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Ridgeland for a work trip, and it was a great experience. The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, with some options. Overall, the reception and service were excellent. I would stay here again!

Maybe they can do better with the price, but overall it was a solid experience, and I would consider staying here again.

The Breakfast was very good. My wife and I totally enjoyed it. It started ontime and maintained the excellent level of presentation and quality of food to its completion. We must single out and highly commend the Breakfast Custodian. She was very pleasant and extreemly helpful in ensuring that our breakfast experience was enjoyable.

WiFi problems, cool swimming pool. Heavy door difficulty getting wheelchair into the room. It would help if you could temporarily switch the door open. Had difficulty holding door open while pushing chair into the room.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Ms Karen gave us a dinner recommendation that was top notch! The lady that does the weekend breakfast was just the sweetest soul ever. The hotel was very central to the activities we had planned, just a short distance to the Natchez Trace and an amazing mountain biking trail. We will definitely be back and have already started talking about a return trip!

We Loved Everything. The only problem was that the elevators were out and my neice is in a wheelchair. So we were given room on the 1st floor with a King and pull out sofa. But we mad it work.

The sign in room saying that room was serviced every other day was tiny and in a. Out of the way location. I was disappointed test to return to room and discover housekeeping g had not been there. That meant I had no coffee for the following morning.

Breakfast was good and the lady working the breakfast area did a great job, but seemed to need a little help. We felt bad for her because she appeared to be overwhelmed with keeping up.

There was one elevator down, which made for long waits to get to and from our room. Otherwise we had no complaints on our stay.
