Good location. Clean but could tell it’s an older property since there was some poorly repaired damages. I’m in the construction trades so poorly repaired is very noticeable for me. I felt it was a bit overpriced since the city of Jackson has so much blight but it was in a good area. Just felt like I was getting poached for cash considering the state of the city - not the neighborhood per se. I’d definitely stay here again! Although I am very disappointed with the breakfast options lacking any Gluten Free and Dairy Free options. When I asked about it several staff members changed their demeanor from friendly to bothered when I asked if there was an option other than eggs and fruit. The coffee had grounds in it but was tasty, would have been nice if there was a dairy free milk as a creamer option. Having a GF/DF diet is fairly popular as a lot of people have autoimmune diseases and this diet helps symptoms

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay — from a cozy bed and blackout curtains to reliable Wi-Fi and a spacious bathroom. One of the highlights was the variety of breakfast options. The location was convenient, with easy access. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit.

The parking was limited, some people staying with me had to park in neighboring business parking areas. The glass in the shower stall was falling out, I notified management.

Kind, friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast service. Clean room and bathroom with excellent housekeeping services. Comfortable bed and convenient workspace area. TV with multiple streaming options was also a bonus.

Not sure what method is used for the breakfast waffles at this location, but the consistency and flavor didn't suit my preference: seemed undercooked or like the batter was different somehow. It is just not the same experience as other waffles at other places. The waffle maker machines at other hotels I've stayed produce a better quality waffle.

Reception staff were very nice, however felt other staff were not as friendly. The room itself was a great size for a family of 4 with ample charging point and desk. Very close to interstate so a good place for a quick stop off. Lovely seating area at front with fire pit for an evening drink.

We may have simply picked a busy time to go for breakfast but hot food was slow coming out and very limited. Coffee wasn't great either.

Breakfast and location were excellent. The two ladies on staff that setup and managed the breakfast were very friendly and efficient.

The hazy glass bathroom door was different. More importantly, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so showering creates a very humid environment that "fogs" the mirror.

I loved breakfast, there was a nice spread, something for everyone. The area is a very nice area, near a small lake that has a walking path around it.

I think the business center could be a little better and/or a little more in a private area

Very quiet area

The room was just mediocre. We had 2 kids with us, so we got the room with a pull out sofa. There was no mattress for the pull out, they had to sleep on the couch cushions. Bed was pretty hard & shower struggled with hot water.

The location is excellent! The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had! The bathrooms in the room were clean! The lighting in the rooms is soooo spa-like and relaxing. Very romantic vibe.. great smell all around the hotel.. cozy vibes somewhat.. the beds were very comfy! We absolutely loved it!

Staff attentiveness and place was very clean and organized.

Breakfast is not good at all. Bad selections of hot dishes. All dry. I suggest white gravy, make our own hot cakes. Coffee was good.

Everything from the location friendly staff that were beyond helpful. Very clean and comfortable room. Room was accessible for my handicapped friend
