Convenient location. The hotel was clean and the gentleman that checked us in was very nice. Our room was clean and they had placed us on the top floor away from highway noise as requested. The breakfast was great offering several choices of hot and cold items. The area was checked often and maintained the entire time we were eating! Overall a great stay!

The toilet filling system in the tank made weird whooshing noises when we flushed. We finally figured out it was some type of water saver unit. It would quit once it was full. Not a problem, just annoying.

The breakfast was good. The pool was great. The room was fine. Staff was incredibly friendly and nice. Location was great and convenient for our needs.

The bathroom near the pool was very dirty. The room had a missing piece on the vanity that was sealed with plastic sheeting instead of replacing the piece of wood. There were some minor stains on the towels and pillow cases.

The place was clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent with more options than most I have stayed at. In fact, there were so many options that nobody was using the waffle maker. Big parking lot and not too far off the main road. Lots of fast food close by.

Little pricey.

I hit a semi tire while driving from Oklahoma to Missouri. I didn't realize I had any damage until the manager came out to tell me that something was hanging down from underneath my car. When I drove over the piece of tire, it damaged the cover underneath my car. He not only told me, but he fixed it for me so it wouldn't tear off!! What an amazingact of kindness!

It was extremely clean and friendly staff. We had everything we needed. Appreciated first floor room!

Mattress was too firm, and there was entirely too much noise from the highway! It interrupted our sleep. A walk-in shower for Senior citizens would be nice in the future.

The location is very convenient, near by food court and gas station. Staff was polite, breakfast was good, clean rooms and comfortable beds. I liked that the TV was a smart TV with apps installed and you can login to it to see your stuff.

I liked how clean the hotel was from the outside, the lobby, the facilities and the room most of all! Friendly staff and just all around great experience. Will definitely use this hotel again.

The breakfast was excellent. It alone would make me want to stay there again.

Hot water was not good. You literally had to run the water for about 5 minutes before it was warm enough to take a shower. Front desk said they had just installed a new pump and that I would have to let it run for a while to get hot. They were right. By the time you finished your shower, it would be getting hot enough that you had to add some cold water to it to cool it down a bit.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, with good variety, and my family and I enjoyed the indoor pool.

The location is a little awkward, but it still worked well enough for visiting with my family.

The location was perfect! The bed was super comfy!

I had just recently been sick and was looking forward to soaking in a nice hot bath, but the bathtub would not plug.. I was so disappointed!
