Very peaceful and had very friendly staff. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool however it looked very clean and spacious. There was a lady checking in before us getting a puppy and we learned they’re pet friendly as well as there’s a dog park in the back! The bed was clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. The room was also set up comfortably. And the breakfast was delicious!

Our room didn’t have a view due to location, as well as our door wouldn’t stay shut (we stayed in 219), we noticed we had to add force and triple check it was shut when we left. Thankfully the locks worked. The microwave also made a very annoying noise but was bearable.

The staff made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They protected me when I really needed it and was very friendly to talk to. I felt very safe staying there knowing that the staff was going to do everything that they can to protect me and make me comfortable. They calmed me down and protected me after I was cat-called and (sort of) stalked by another guest. They made sure that I knew I wasn't bothering them and that helped me out a lot (I was traveling alone so it was quite a bit stressful for me).

The key card sometimes didn't unlock my door on the first try, sometimes it took more than two tries to get it to unlock my room. I was missing hand soap but they gladly gave me plenty when I asked for it. Location was good, though I wish that the rooms was a bit more sound proof. The TV didn't work at first but they came down and fixed it right away for me. Only had one real issue but it was with another guest, not the staff (who took care of the matter immediately when I brought it up to them). The lights was a little weird but they always are at hotels.

Hotel was in very convenience location, just 10 minutes away from airport, 15 minutes from downtown by car. Free shuttle to/from airport very quickly arranged. Nice breakfast , wider selection than most of the US hotels we stayed over the years. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Sparkly clean, very comfortable room, inviting loby with selection of free drinks and fruit,. Very pleasant, relaxing overal stay.

The hotel could be cheaper considering the area in general.

The plaace was super clean with no strong fragrant smells. Our room was probably the best I've ever been in as far as cleanliness goes. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were so nice and extremely helpful for all sorts of things. This is a great place to stay!

A freezer compartment inside the mini fridge would have been great but it wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Staff friendly an accommodating. Breakfast personnel did a good job keeping things stocked and cleaning personnel did a good job cleaning the room for the next day. We were there for 5 days, and were not disappointed.

Can't really do anything for this, but bathroom was not very roomy. Also, for the size of hotel, seating can be a problem for breakfast. Because it is an airport hotel, had to drive for meals.

Staff recommended a restaurant that we could walk to. Probably a truck stop at one time and the food was great. The waitress there was terrific and the only one working that night. So we met 2 very helpful staff members at the hotel and another at the restaurant. It was a good stay.

It is a small hotel that is showing its age but the staff and location made it a good choice for us.

Very clean, great pillows, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Loved the extra effort cleaning staff put in by tying a bow in the toilet paper and arranging bath mat and washcloth in a unique way. Put a smile on my face after a very long day of traveling. Extra effort was very much appreciated.

Uncomfortable bed. It wasn't bad; just wasn't the best for me, personally.

This hotel was an exceptional place to stay. I should know as much traveling as I do each year and as many hotels that I stay in. I found the room to be clean and very comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety fresh product. Coffee was great. Staff member came by and asked me if there was anything else that I needed. The staff at this hotel was very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. It has a great location. I was on the last flight in the Springfield and arrived at the hotel rather late I was able to get a taxi took me to the hotel did not charge me the hotel took care of the charge no problems checking in. I would highly recommend this hotel for any traveler and you will not be disappointed

Room was quiet and clean. Very nice! Staff was really wonderful. Becka helped me with my travel plans to go see the eclipse by telling me where there might be some bad traffic. On Monday night the staff helped me to get my TV restarted as it had some sort of an outage but they got it fixed. Also, I felt like my car was safe and we were in a good area.

Nothing! I would stay here again.

Some noisy other guests while we were there and the Trains. None of which were the fault of the staff who I cannot praise highly enough
