We were put in poolside suites when we had reserved regular rooms. The upgrade was nice but we were charged more as well. We were tired from our trip so we didnt argue and just enjoyed the rooms. The front desk lady was extremely sweet and friendly. We stayed during the week so the place was pretty vacant. The poolside suites rooms were huge and led right out to the outdoor pool. Overall the property itself looked like it could use a little sprucing up in a few places but overall it was a nice hotel.

There was a little trash under the counter in the bathroom and our curtains looked like they had something spilled on them towards the bottom and wasn't the cleanest. There was also no breakfast in the morning but they did have a cute little cafe inside the hotel.

Being able to walk to the historic downtown area and the university easily was a huge plus. The hotel itself and the rooms were spotless, which I appreciated. But what truly stood out was the friendly and helpful staff.

It is an older hotel, even though it's clear the hotel hasn't seen significant updates in some time. While the decor and furnishings feel a bit dated, this didn't detract from the overall comfort and service we experienced.

The locations was excellent. I loved the lobby spaces, the room was very clean and there was an air purifier and mini fridge in the room.

The room was very hot when we first arrived. We lowered the thermostat to 64 but it did not get any cooler. We finally turned the heat completely off. Not all the lights in the room worked, so lighting was not the best. They did not have enough plug in for charging our electronic devices

Came for a concert at great southern bank arena so we liked that it was nearby. Had several eating places near. Also we had some paperwork that needed printed and mailed so the business center came in handy. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Our room has a fan that rattles a bit when it kicks on. Takes a while for hot water to reach the shower but front desk told us to let it run awhile.

It was Beautiful.! The room was clean . I love the atmosphere. It's the kind of place that would be a be a cool gift card for a stay to give to someone.

For the price, I think they should give the free breakfast like all of the other hotels. $15 for breakfast is a little ridiculous. But I still did love being there. The Staff was fabulous and very kind. I will definitely stay there again.

They had breakfast? The sofa bed was uncomfortable, we had to carry a heavy load of bedding up for the sofa bed. The fridge in our room was running but not keeping anything cold and couldn’t find anywhere to set the temperature. When I asked the desk clerk about it he said he was the only person on duty so was unable to check it, but could have it checked or changed out the next morning, we were leaving the next morning.

Clean and bright parking lot.

The staff took great care of me. They offered to fix and move me to another room due to not being able to get it cooler than 72 in my room due to broken ac unit. (Frozen). Instead when I went to check out they gladly comped some of the cost for the room without any prompt from me. I was impressed and I appreciated not having to say anything really. Thank you. I will be back.

Beautiful, the coffee area, the pool, the bar, love the rooms! Everything was great!

The bathroom was small and hard to navigate. It was awkward how close the tub and toilet are and then to have a door right there where u have to turn sideways or step around the toilet to close and open the door. However this was the ONLY thing we didn’t like!

The check-in: the check-in was a bit mixed. We arrived a little after 3 p.m. and we were told that the housekeeping staff had yet to clear our room. Which we made the best of it. By going to a CVS (just around the corner). When we returned, it was as smooth as can be. The rooms: we got the executive suite. Which was nicely appointed and was pretty standard. Having our grandkids along the separate room was great. The amenities: we used both the exercise room and both pools since the weather was nice. The exercise room was crowded (Saturday night- go figure) the indoor pool was really fun. It's 3 to 5.5 feet deep. And since we had the whole pool to ourselves, it was great; everyone else was in the outdoor pool. The service: we needed extra pillows and blankets for the pullout sofa. They had everything to us without any delays. The location: it's centrally located, and everything is within several blocks for us. We have been to Springfield several times, and we really enjoyed this place most so far.

The facility was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely located for the Route 66 festival my husband and I participated in with our 58 Chevy truck. The staff was very polite and accommodating, especially when it came to our needs. Parking was adequate and safe.

That there wasn't a hot tub to warm up in after being in the pool. Especially when your website showed one on the premises.
