Walking in and seeing how clean the property is. Seeing that the pictures that was shown online is the exact way the property looks in person.
I was breakfast lasted until 11am. Out side of that I was really happy with our stay and when we come back I will definitely be booking here

I saw I was charged $251.50 on 2 credit cards and asked the front desk lady if it will drop off after pending, she said it would- almost trying to give us the easiest answer. so, after pending- both charges went through and I’ve had to take time away from our vacation to deal with their charges and it still has not been reversed. Not happy with this.

Air conditioning never cooled down room, when we called in the morning they said they had to reset the system downstairs. Wish we would have known that because room was hot all night. Heard several people discussing that at breakfast as well...

Gm Mrs. Joanna Sexton was very helpful in solving my problem with the late arrival due to extreme weather conditions. Bolking as as company on the other side - was not very active.

The property was nice. Had the option to park in a covered garage at no additional fee. Coffee was fresh I. The morning and breakfast wasn’t bad for everything being prepackaged (COVID safety).
The swimming pool was VERY small. Thankfully my kids were the only ones swimming when we went. Otherwise it would get crowed very fast.

Rashly at the front desk was VERY helpful and pleasant.
The only thing we were disappointed with were the beds. Not comfortable for gray haired people.

I liked just about everything except for the breakfast. It could use some improvement. More plain old food instead of hoity toity things.
I did not like having a pending charge for more than our booking was. Once this is explained to me, I am sure I will understand.

The location. There was an Applebee’s across the street as well as a Walmart. Lots of restaurants around. Close to the highway.

Very clean and spacious facility. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable.
