My reservation was not on file from Booking.com, even though I had my confirmation email. Called and was on hold more than 29 minutes. I paid cash for my prepaid room so my family could have a room. The manager at the desk was phenomenal and did everything she could to accommodate us. Booking.com resolution required 2 frustrating phone calls, one that I was hung up on, to resolve. Loved the hotel, hate Booking.com.

The price paid was more than most of the other hotels in the area. I stayed there because that's where others in my family were staying. I would have chosen one that was not as expensivem but just as nice. It was over-priced for that market.

Walking in and seeing how clean the property is. Seeing that the pictures that was shown online is the exact way the property looks in person.

I was breakfast lasted until 11am. Out side of that I was really happy with our stay and when we come back I will definitely be booking here

I saw I was charged $251.50 on 2 credit cards and asked the front desk lady if it will drop off after pending, she said it would- almost trying to give us the easiest answer. so, after pending- both charges went through and I’ve had to take time away from our vacation to deal with their charges and it still has not been reversed. Not happy with this.

Air conditioning never cooled down room, when we called in the morning they said they had to reset the system downstairs. Wish we would have known that because room was hot all night. Heard several people discussing that at breakfast as well...

Location, rooms and hotel in general was awesome

Some of the staff was not as cordial and understanding but stay was great

Gm Mrs. Joanna Sexton was very helpful in solving my problem with the late arrival due to extreme weather conditions. Bolking as as company on the other side - was not very active.

Rashly at the front desk was VERY helpful and pleasant.

The only thing we were disappointed with were the beds. Not comfortable for gray haired people.

The location. There was an Applebee’s across the street as well as a Walmart. Lots of restaurants around. Close to the highway.

Good location, rooms were very clean, pool was a nice feature to have for kids and we had it to ourselves.
