The hot breakfast was great and there were many many options of which to choose. We were pleasantly surprised with the free dinner buffet from 5:30 to 7pm and our 3 free drinks per day from the bar. The staff was awesome!! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The buffet attendant, whether morning or evening, was very attentive to the area. Loved our jetted tub, it totally exceeded our expectations as did the hot tub. Having an elevator at both ends of the building was nice as the front desk and pool were at opposite ends. Multiple plugs on the nightstands was great and having regular chairs to sit in other than the office chair was nice.

The toilet paper was horrible!! That definitely needs improved please for the sake of ALL of our bottoms!! The windows in our room were discolored like they had a milky substance in-between the glass panes so it was difficult to take photos out of them. Bed wasn't too bad but could have been softer or more comfortable. My husband did not like the pillows, he said they were too squishy. In the winter time it would be nice to find an extra blanket either in the closet or one of the drawers. They were renovating while we were staying but they did give a heads up at check-in. It was a bit noisy during the day but between 4 and 5pm it stopped til the next day.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was a small buffet of hot food and up to 3 drinks available upon our arrival. Apparently Drury Inn & Suites offer this every day between 4:30-7:00 as well as hot breakfast offerings in the morning. The room was spacious, immaculate, and the bed very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. This place was awesome. In fact, so much so we plan to book at a Drury Inn & suites on our way back home.

The location was good. Having dinner there so the kids could keep swimming was great! The little ones enjoyed the breakfast and mini waffles. I enjoyed the 3 free drinks ;) The bed was very comfortable.

The elevator could have been working. Lots of people were waiting for the elevator, because a lot of elderly people can't use the stairs. The room wasn't ready when we got there. But we only had to wait about 10 min. There was dust in the cubby in the bathroom, but we hoped the rest of the bath was clean.

Our stay was great! The beds were comfy and clean we stayed in Springfield but did a lot of stuff in Branson.The kick back and free breakfast saved us so much money on food during our four night stay. The pool and hot tub were nice but on our last night the pool area was close because they are renovating it the kids were sad but not a super big deal then did give us a little discount for the last night because of the pool. Overall great experience staff was amazing.

We always love the kickback hour in the evening with dinner and drinks in the lobby. The food is a little "imitation" not the best quality, they do offer fresh salad bar, but a few more options for it would be nice. Not many hotels offer a free dinner and cocktail hour, so I won't complain. The beds are very comfy and the jetted tub is amazing! Breakfast was good with a lot of options.

It was clean, breakfast included a good variety of foods, the staff was really friendly and there was a pool, a fitness room and a laundry area. It is also located close to the highway.

The beds weren't very comfortable and the toilet in room 208 didn't flush well-it had to have the handle held down for a significant amount of time to properly flush.

I liked most the lighting, the location, the pool and spa, the in-room hot tub, and the cleanliness. I also loved the kind and accommodating staff and the delicious breakfast.

I wish there had been better ventilation in the bathroom. it got super steamy and there was no fan we could manually adjust. (They told us that they are going to renovate that soon). It also seemed like the air conditioner was leaking a little because there were some wet spots on the carpet near it. (We told them and they said they will do something about it). The stay just didn’t seem worth the expensive price, though It was wonderful overall. :)

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It seemed quiet. We would stay there again if we are in the area. The bathroom was updated and beautiful.

The refrigerator didn't have any freezer which I needed to freeze ice packs for medication while traveling.

I've always enjoyed my stays at the Drury Inns with the price and the meals you get your money's worth

There was only the incident with a bug(I believe a cockroach) we killed it reported it hopefully they took care of it and I didn't home home with any little companions

Very clean! The bed was very comfortable. They had fresh hot coffee ready when we left at 3 in the morning,! Very quiet too!

Can't complain about anything. A little expensive since we don't make use of the happy hour or the breakfast. The safety,comfort and cleanliness are worth it.
