The cleaning crew girls are utterly amazing at what they do!! The whites are whiter than white!! Towels & bedding. Smells so fresh & fab. The crew is also SO professional polite & compensating. Really the best I've ever encountered. They should get bonuses or some kind of compensation. The desk girls are awesome. I see Joey has managerial qualities, is friendly & professional also. Your maintenance man needs to work on cuss words as this is family friendly and no oneI know wants their children to get an earful of that. I understand the demands on him may be great BUT no bueno with bad language. The morning they did full continental breakfast was bomb!! Stayed super hot & delicious. Kudos to the cook!! Very well done. Your day manager does well. I believe her name is Destiny. She has many demands on her as well but the complimentary area is quite lacking when she's working by herself. It would be good for her to have relief with an assistant who could just keep the breakfast area supplied. No cream cheese for bagels, one day no cream for coffee. Full coffee cups were left all over. This was not her fault. Whoever keeps supplies locked up were not very attentive to the following days needs. I understand, unfortunately some hires may steal however this could be rectified regardless. The one & only true negative is dirty floors. In the rooms that were issued to us and the entire floor area around booking and dining. Dried orange juice & other general stickiness plus obvious dirt. You may need an additional hire for such clean up as I'm sure the cleaning crew are more than busy with all the rooms that require cleaning. Also there IS an extremely strong mildew smell in elevator and on first floor. Hopefully this is not emitting from under the foundation of your hotel. Thanks Lamplighter!! We highly recommend & will continue to do so.

Cleaner than clean whites. Beds & pillows SUPER comfy!! Pillows didn't flatten by morning. Continental breakfast is very considerate of the owner especially as the low booking cost could mean owner wouldn't add free food. Water pressure incredibly nice & strong. Hot water lasts in the shower.

Some rooms had curtains hanging off or disengaged. No plug in bathroom sink. Bathtub unplugged still filled with water while taking shower. Landlines not ready to use in case of emergency.

We have stayed here several times in the past. Its affordable, mostly clean. Pool is clean. The nighttime staff guy was very friendly.

Some furniture in the room is pretty stained up. We had to switch room because our bathtub was backing up. The hot tub was not working. Breakfast was literally 1 type of cereal and a few granola bars. The morning desk girl was definitely not the friendliest or very helpful. I will probably be finding a different motel to stay in from now on.

The room was fine. It was clean. There was milk and creamer left in the fridge. There was also a cigarette burn hole in my comforter. A few tears and tape on couple parts of the carpet. So a little wear and tear but nothing major. If you don't mind a little dinge, which we don't, for the price it's a great room. We also had breakfast which was pretty decent. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagles, eggs and sausage. The lobby was nice and we took advantage of the pool being open until 11. I did like that its covered so if it had been raining we could still enjoy it as well as the hot tub. THe location is right off the highway and close to quite a few restaurants and by the castle whish was one reasone we were there. Overall, nice stay.

Few areas that looked like they could be fixed, like tears in the carpet I worried about tripping on. Burn hole in the comforter. Houskeeping didn't check that the fridge had been emptied. But otherwise everyting was fine.

Didn't make it had major problem 20 minutes after booking. Booking. Com told me to contact the accommodation place myself a sort it out myself. A bit late after the booking date. Really disappointed with booking. Com as they’ll take your booking then when there a problem you have to sort it yourself. This the first time it ever happened in all my years of travel. I do realise it’s a non refundable booking. I haven’t contacted the motel yet.

large dining area and clean rooms

the parking lot has some areas needing better lighting, no clear signs from one part to next, had trouble finding dining area from room on 1st floor because no one told us it was upstairs from our side of the building when we checked in on other side ground floor. we ended up walking in circles and dead end hallway with furniture stacked against door, by the time we found the wall map and dining room we had missed breakfast. pool area very clean and staff nice

The bedding IS SO fresh!! I Love the slight scent of bleach in the comfort er. The bathrooms are great. VERY clean!! The floors need mopping real bad.

Just the floors and no drain in bathroom sink or tub. T.V. wouldn't go on. Frig had no shelf. Freezer frozen over.

Beds were comfy, pillows soft, pool was warm and clean. Rooms were dated, but to be expected, still good. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was lackluster, literally zero protein options. Eggos and cereal and donuts. Chair in room was covered in dried white substance, housekeeping was informed on check out, as I didn't notice until morning.

Facilities and area around the motel was clean. Staff was friendly as well as other tenants that was in the motel. Pool area was clear. And towels were always provided

I was expecting a dry breakfast. It was actually hot. Biscuits and gravy. Eggs and sausage. Waffle, bagels, cereal, juice, and coffee. It's definitely was a nice surprise.

Our shower curtain smelled like mildew or water that had been sitting and not washed.
