The location was great, we didn't feel unsafe. The beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever stayed in. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. We also needed a couple of toiletries that we had forgotten and the front desk had some for us!

The pool was disgusting. We were swimming with hair clumps. It was also very cloudy. We stayed 4th of July so we did expect it to be busy, but we had someone keep trying to open our shared door all night. People were running up and down the halls yelling, people shooting off fireworks around midnight waking up babies who were then crying, we felt so bad for those babies and parents. Luckily our 6 year old slept through it, but we just got lucky. We were not able to sleep through it. The breakfast also was not very good. We tried several different things and all 3 of us just ended up eating cereal.

Thank you for a great stay. All of the staff encounters were cheerful and wonderful. The place was extremely clean. Breakfast was awesome and the best we have ever had at a hotel. Yummy!! I have had bad experiences traveling with my service dog just a few months ago. So, THANK YOU so much for understanding my health need to have her with me and not giving me any problems. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great experience while traveling. We will be using this place again next time traveling. Thanks for being Service Dog Friendly!!!

Water pressure was not as strong as I prefer.

The man who checked us in was businesslike and efficient. We felt adequately welcomed. Our room was clean and well-furnished; the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The heating/cooling unit was peculiar, not to say insane. When we arrived, it was set to Cool, though the outside temperature was about 55 degrees. We turned it to heat and set the desired temperature at 70 degrees. A couple of hours later, the room was uncomfortably warm. The thermostat gave the room temp as 77, though it showed the desired setting as 70. We turned the cool back on. At midnight, the unit was blowing freezing air. I got up and turned it off altogether. In the morning, my husband turned the heat on and the room warmed up. We left before learning if it would overheat.

Breakfast was fresh and a good selection of items to pick from. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Especially loved the size of the bathroom, lots of room, and the liquid hand soap was an awesome bonus.

There was only 1 evelvator working at the time of my visit, this made getting to and from my room a little time consuming. The A/C unit was also taking forever to cool the room down, and did not keep the room cool overnight.

We enjoyed the staff, and the location. We were directed where to go as soon as we got into the hotel, they gave us menu options for local places within walking distance of the hotel. The room was a good size and the AC was the quietest we have ever experienced in any hotel.

Don't really have anything we didn't like. It was kinda a nice all-around hotel.

The check in and check out was smooth. The beds were good quality. A good amount of space in the room. They served a good hot breakfast.

The breakfast could have had a little bit more variety. It would have been nice to have a sink outside of the bathroom that can be used while the bathroom is in use.

Clean, friendly, nicely appointed.

We were charged twice. Made a reservation online. Hotel said they didnt have it on file and was charged again. We just got the receipt total and we got the bill for the same two nights from the hotel and the online charge. Was this a scam? I think so.

Clean excellent room with a very comfy bed. To be honest, the best lodging I have had bar none. Will never use another. Oh, and the free delicious coffee in the lounge added bonus points for the stay. I wish I had stayed for breakfast but we needed to get on the road.

No complaints what so ever.

It was clean, convenient and comfortable. The free breakfast was adequate, well stocked. It is a good budget hotel. I would consider using Holiday Inn Express again.

They were not equipped to handle and problems after 5PM. We had a broken hand soap dispenser, they couldn't repair it until the following morning.

Front desk staff was very pleasant throughout. Smiling and building rapport throughout the conversation. The entire facility was clean. Parking was ample. Great location. Breakfast could use some fresher/healthier options. It was a lot of processed food.
