I loved how friendly the guy at the front desk was! Alex was absolutely polite and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He made me feel very welcome. I was also super pleased that you can check in being 18 years old and don't have to be 21.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely scary, loud, was falling off the wall, and comes on with the light. There are other minor negative aspects as well, but it's not a Hilton! I was still really happy.

The staff is amazing 😍 Brandon went out of his way to make sure we were accommodated!! We always stay here when we come to Springfield. The ladies at front desk have been the ones to check us in multiple times and they always make us feel welcome. This is the first time I meant Brandon and he took my phone call and then made sure to personally clean our room while they were short staffed and busy. Ty so much Motel 6 north❤️

The only draw back for us personally is the smoking, but not a complaint our room was completely smoke free!! ♥️ It was another guest who was smoking next to us I believe.

The room had roaches. Several of them do and typically they're so busy it's difficult to inform the front desk

Location was good. I didn't know anything about breakfast.

I asked for a receipt and was told one would be sent y my email. I did not receive it. I need it for taxes.okay.

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Was very satisfied with the room. It very quiet for the most part.

The foot of the bed was sunk in pillow flat and small . Took them forever to get the room clean there was no ashtray

That a charger we left in the room was supposedly never found. And it was an expensive cord. Called twice and never heard back. Know for a fact we left it in the room.

The room was clean and very spacious. Parking was right outside our door. They actually had a full legit handicapped room.

Area was a little sketchy but securiry was good. Parking lot needs some work.

Courtney made checking in a great pleasure!! Courtney is one of the most amazing polite gentleman I have ever met! I saw a situation where there was an angry person because their room was not ready, he responded to the situation in an upmost professional manner. Hope you know what a treasure he is to motel 6!

The heater was not working properly. But we took our own blankets. We don't like to be a bother. It is definitely not the Hilton but clean, quiet and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again.

We had to check out a day early and the gal behind the counter was very accommodating.

Cleaning lady was kinda rude

DOG FRIENDLY WITHOUT EXTRA COSTS! Great location and quite place to rest

I always need more and better towels at every hotel :)
