Always love staying at the SpringHill. Rooms are modern and spacious, bathrooms are clean and the overall experience feels very luxury. We stop here on our way through, every time we need to stay in Springfield. Beds are comfy and hotel is in great location.

The front desk staff was amazing. The pool was closed when we arrived, and that was the big reason we stayed there instead of our usual hotel, whose pool was closed as well(we knew in advance of making reservations). The woman at the front desk that first evening told us we could use the pool at their sister hotel. It wasn't an ideal situation, but it worked for our kids who seem to live for the pools at hotels! We also had some issues with our a/c unit in our room. The first night, it was warm, and the second night, we froze! Emma was on duty at the front desk and started working on getting the problem solved. She ended up moving us to another room for our last two nights and giving us some compensation for the troubles we had run into. Kudos to Emma! No problems in our 2nd room!

Not having an open pool there on the premises was a bit of an annoyance since that's the reason we stayed there, but Springhill made it work for us. The only other inconvenience I had was when I arrived in the dining room one morning about 20 minutes before serving was over. Most of the hot food was gone, and none was brought out to replace it. They did have oatmeal, so that was good enough for me. Most places keep the food coming while the dining room is open, so I thought this was a bit unusual. The rest of my family came down a few minutes earlier and had gotten what they needed, so I wasn't going to complain since there were still a few things available. All in all, it was a good visit, and we were taken care of well!

Breakfast was good, staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with, enjoyed the swimming pool and 24/7 snack shop

I wish they would come in and replace towels and empty trash daily as we were traveling with toddlers and had to dispose of their diapers elsewhere. We also ate several meals in our room and felt the need to dispose of the food trash elsewhere as our trash bins did not have any type of trash bag or liner in them. We were told by staff that they do not come in and replace towels or empty trash until around day 3 of your stay.

The hotel room itself was set up beautifully & was very elegant. The frosted glass barn door to the bathroom is something I've never seen in a hotel before. Very cool upgrade in my opinion. Extremely comfortable bed though with very nice plush sheets. The type you lay on & go ahhhhh. Even the couch was comfy & had a really cool setup with a wooden tray 😌

The AC was pretty loud for some reason & didn't fully cool the room off while we slept. However, we were still able to get quality sleep, just a little warmer than we would have liked along with the noise. I'm sure we could have requested someone to look at it & they probably would have fixed it but we were coming in late from driving all day & just simply wanted to go right to sleep on top of our 10mo old already being asleep. So we just used it as background noise & called it a night.

The location is halfway between home and our destination, close to I-44. Ms. Sitti checked us in and was very sweet and helpful. The hotel seemed "fresh" and was very clean, including our room, which was also spacious and well-appointed and convenient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The breakfast was mediocre but convenient. The eggs were way overcooked, and the oatmeal was solid, lacking enough water to make it smooth. The coffee was hot and not bitter. We did catch breakfast later, but there was no yogurt in the fridge or cream in the container for oatmeal, and it didn't appear that anyone was keeping things stocked through the end of the hours listed.

I think offering sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit and cereal a little skimpy. However I said this the last time. No bacon, no gravy, no hashbrowns,coffee was strong and blaaa. You charge as must a Holidays Inns I’ve stayed at. However the one around the block is not as nice as you would think. We come through there in Nov and again in Feb next time I will try another hotel we found by accident when going out for dinner. So no to Holiday Inn and no to SpringHill.

This place was on point with everything. The room was super clean and comfortable, staff were great - best hotel stay in a very long time! We will definitely choose Springhill Suites whenever available.

They don't have a ton of parking at this location, and they were very crowded, but the front desk staff member was very helpful pointing us to parking for our very large moving truck and car with attached trailer.

Clean, safe, good breakfast that is well stocked and tended to, nice gym, comfortable with nice sofa area for relaxing together. The tv turns to face living area and beds. Large closet space. Good temperature controls.

Bathroom light floods room due to design. Our room was the closest to the highway so hear faint traffic but not disturbing.

Room was designed great! Loved the different take on a hotel room. Could not hear the interstate right outside the window which was a plus. Bed was comfortable.

The mini frig did not work as soda I put in over night was not cold the next morning. I would have preferred a firmer pillow option on the bed since I did not bring my own.

Clean, friendly staff. Room size/layout was better than average. Very comfortable bed. Close to the zoo which was our main attraction for this visit.

Busy week at the hotel due to a basketball tournament. Breakfast was pretty slim pickings. We were there for 2 nights. but did not get any maid service, which was ok for us but was a little suprisinjg.
